Abstract
【解決手段】電池スタックが組み付けられる組付けパレットにおいて、前記電池スタックは、複数の単電池を積層した電池群と、この電池群を挟む位置に配置されるエンドプレートと、前記エンドプレートに対して前記電池群を拘束する拘束力を付与する拘束部材と、を含み、前記拘束部材に係合して前記電池パックを位置決めする位置決め係合部材を有することを特徴とする組付けパレット。

Description
上述の実施形態では、複数の単電池11をアッパー拘束ロッド40及びロア拘束ロッド50により拘束したが、本発明は、拘束バンドを用いた電池スタックにも適用することができる。ここで、拘束バンドとは、単電池11の積層方向に延びるとともに、両端部がL字状に折れ曲がった平板形状の部材のことである。拘束バンドの曲げ部をエンドプレート12に固定することにより、複数の単電池11はエンドプレート12に挟まれて拘束される。電池スタックを工程パレット100に組み付ける際に、拘束バンドを拘束ロッド位置決め部材の受け面に載置することにより、位置決めを行うことができる。他の効果については、上記実施形態と共通するため、説明を繰り返さない。

Claims (4)
- 電池スタックが組み付けられる組付けパレットにおいて、
前記電池スタックは、複数の単電池を積層した電池群と、この電池群を挟む位置に配置されるエンドプレートと、前記エンドプレートに対して前記電池群を拘束する拘束力を付与する拘束部材と、を含み、
前記拘束部材に係合して前記電池パックを位置決めする位置決め係合部材を有することを特徴とする組付けパレット。 - 前記拘束部材は、ロッド形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組付けパレット。
- 前記位置決め係合部材は、前記拘束部材が延びる方向に複数設けられており、前記拘束部材に係合する係合位置と、前記拘束部材に係合しない非係合位置との間で回動する可倒式構造であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組付けパレット。
- 前記位置決め係合部材は、凹形状部を有する基台と、前記凹形状部に回動可能に嵌合するとともに、前記拘束部材を受ける受け面を有する回転部材と、を有し、
前記凹形状部における底面には、前記回転部材から突出する回転規制ピンが挿入する回転規制開口部が形成されており、
前記係合位置において、前記回転部材は、前記回転規制ピンが前記回転規制開口部内に位置することにより、回転動作が禁止されており、
前記非係合位置において、前記回転部材は、前記回転規制ピンが前記回転規制開口部から退避することにより、回転動作が許容されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組付けパレット。
