Abstract
【解決手段】芳香環構造を有しない有機過酸化物(A)で、多官能性モノマー(B)と亜鉛華(C)が添加されたエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムを架橋し、更に二次架橋を施して得られる医療用ゴムに関する。

Description
前記エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム100質量部に対して、前記亜鉛華(C)を0.5〜10質量部含むことが好ましい。
なお、上記ムーニー粘度は、原料ゴムのムーニー粘度計による粘度である。
なお、亜鉛華の粒度は、電子顕微鏡で観察することで測定できる。
EPDM:三井化学(株)製の三井EPT4021(ジエン量(エチリデンノルボルネン):8.1質量%、エチレン量:51質量%、ML1+4(125℃):13)
トリアリルイソシアヌレート:日本化成(株)製
亜鉛華:三井金属鉱業(株)製の亜鉛華2号(粒度:0.5μm)
カーボンブラック:三菱化学(株)製のダイアブラックN550(N2SA:42m2/g)
ステアリン酸:日油(株)製のステアリン酸 つばき
有機過酸化物(1):化薬アクゾ(株)製のトリゴノックス D−T50(2,2−Di(tert−butylperoxy)butane)
有機過酸化物(2):日油(株)製のパーヘキサV40(n−butyl−4,4−Di(tert−butylperoxy)valerate)(純度40%)
有機過酸化物(3):日油(株)製のパーブチルE(t−Butyl peroxy−2−ethylhexyl monocarbonate)
有機過酸化物(4):日油(株)製のパーブチルL(t−Butyl peroxylaurate)
有機過酸化物(5):日油(株)製のパーブチルD(Di−tert−butylperoxyde)
有機過酸化物(6):日油(株)製のパークミルD(Dicumyl peroxide;芳香環構造含有)
有機過酸化物(7):日油(株)製のパーブチルC(tert−butyl cumyl peroxide;芳香環構造含有)
(混練)
有機過酸化物以外の材料を、加圧式ニーダーを使用し、温度80℃、回転数40rpmで10分以上混合し、120℃に達した時点で排出した。得られた組成物を60℃のオープンロールにて有機過酸化物とともに約5分練り、未架橋ゴム組成物を得た。
(成型)
混練で得られた組成物を150℃で30分間プレスにて架橋成型し、架橋ゴムを得た。
(二次架橋)
イナートオーブンに入れ、140℃で0.5〜13時間二次架橋し、試験用の二次架橋ゴムを得た。
JIS K6253−3に従い、タイプAデュロメータ硬度を測定した。
JIS K6262:2006に準じて次の方法にて圧縮永久歪みを測定した。
直径29mm、厚み12.5mmの円柱状の試験片を治具ではさみ、23℃において、24時間25%圧縮した。治具をはずし、30分後に厚みを測定し、圧縮永久歪を算出した。値が小さい方が残留歪が小さく、良好であると判定できる。そこで、比較例1の二次架橋を施していない架橋ゴムの圧縮永久歪を100としたときの各実施例、比較例の圧縮永久歪の相対値を求め、前記相対値が105未満のものを良好、105以上のものを不良と評価した。
日本薬局方の輸液用ゴム栓試験法に準拠し、下記のように測定した。各試験の基準を満たしたものを良い(○)、満たさなかったものを悪い(×)とした。
試験液の調製は、2mm厚のスラブシートを水洗したのち、室温で乾燥し、これを硬質ガラス容器に入れ、試料質量の10倍量の水を加え、適当な栓をした。121℃に加熱したオートクレーブ中で1時間加熱してから、硬質ガラス容器を取り出して室温になるまで放置し、速やかにシートを除き、この液を試験液とした。別に、水だけを入れ、プレスシートを入れずに、同様の方法で空試験液を調製した。
空試験液を対照とし、層長10mmで波長430nmおよび650nmの透過率を測定した。透過率が99.0%以上であれば、規格に適合する。
試験液5mLを内径約15mm、長さ約200mmの共栓試験管に入れ、3分間激しく振り混ぜ、生じた泡が3分間以内にほとんど消失すれば、規格に適合する。
試験液および空試験液20mLずつをとり、これに塩化カリウム1.0gを水に溶かして1000mLとした液1.0mLずつを加え、両液のpHを測定した。両液のpHの差が1.0以下であれば、規格に適合する。
試験液10.0mLに3倍に薄めた希硫酸を加えて20mLとし試料溶液とし、原子吸光光度用亜鉛標準用溶液1.0mLに3倍に薄めた希硫酸を加えて20mLとて標準溶液とする。下記条件で原子吸光光度により試験を行い、試料溶液の吸光度が標準溶液の吸光度以下であれば、規格に適合する。
なお、原子吸光光度用亜鉛標準用溶液は亜鉛標準原液10mLに水を加えて1000mLに調整した液で1mL中に亜鉛を0.01mg含んでいる。
測定条件
使用ガス:アセチレン
支燃性ガス:空気
ランプ:亜鉛中空陰極ランプ
波長:213.9nm
試験液100mLを共栓三角フラスコに採り、0.002mol/L過マンガン酸カリウム液10.0mLおよび希硫酸5mLを加え、3分間煮沸し、冷却後、これにヨウ化カリウム0.10gを加えて密栓し、振り混ぜて10分間放置したのち、0.01mol/Lチオ硫酸ナトリウムで滴定した(指示薬;デンプン試液5滴)。別に、空試験液100mLを用い、同時に操作した。0.002mol/L過マンガン酸カリウム液の消費量の差を測定した。0.01N過マンガン酸カリウム液の消費量の差が2.0mL以下であれば、規格に適合する。
試験液100mLをとり、水浴上で蒸発乾固し、残留物を105℃で1時間乾燥して、残留物の質量を測定した。残留物が2.0mg以下であれば、規格に適合する。
試験液につき、空試験液を対照とし、吸光度測定法により、試験を行った。波長220〜350nmにおける吸光度が0.20以下であれば、規格に適合する。
Claims (9)
- 芳香環構造を有しない有機過酸化物(A)で、多官能性モノマー(B)と亜鉛華(C)が添加されたエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムを架橋し、更に二次架橋を施して得られる医療用ゴム。
- 前記置換基は、−C(=O)−O−R12で表される基(R12は1価の飽和炭化水素基)である請求項2記載の医療用ゴム。
- 前記エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム100質量部に対して、前記有機過酸化物(A)を0.3〜10質量部含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の医療用ゴム。
- 前記多官能性モノマー(B)は、ジ又はトリアリル化合物、ジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリ(メタ)アクリレート、ジビニル化合物、及びマレイミド系化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の医療用ゴム。
- 前記エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム100質量部に対して、前記多官能性モノマー(B)を0.5〜10質量部含む請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の医療用ゴム。
- 前記エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム100質量部に対して、前記亜鉛華(C)を0.5〜10質量部含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の医療用ゴム。
- 前記二次架橋を1時間以上施して得られる請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の医療用ゴム。
- 第十六改正日本薬局方の溶出物試験に適合する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の医療用ゴム。
