Abstract
【解決手段】ユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン100は、内部に燃焼室140が形成されるシリンダ110と、シリンダ内を摺動するピストン112と、シリンダにおけるピストンのストローク方向一端部側の内周面に設けられ、ピストンの摺動動作に応じて燃焼室に活性ガスを吸入する掃気ポート122と、掃気ポートから燃焼室に吸入された活性ガスに燃料ガスを噴射して予混合気を生成する燃料噴射弁128と、シリンダにおけるピストンのストローク方向他端部に設けられた排気ポート116と、排気ポートを開閉する排気弁120と、排気弁を全開位置から全閉位置へ変移させる時間が、排気弁を全閉位置から全開位置へ変移させる時間より長くなるように開閉させる排気弁駆動機構118と、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 内部に燃焼室が形成されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内を摺動するピストンと、
前記シリンダにおける前記ピストンのストローク方向一端部側の内周面に設けられ、前記ピストンの摺動動作に応じて前記燃焼室に活性ガスを吸入する掃気ポートと、
前記掃気ポートから前記燃焼室に吸入された活性ガスに燃料ガスを噴射して予混合気を生成する燃料噴射弁と、
前記シリンダにおける前記ピストンのストローク方向他端部に設けられた排気ポートと、
前記排気ポートを開閉する排気弁と、
前記排気弁を全開位置から全閉位置へ変移させる時間が、該排気弁を全閉位置から全開位置へ変移させる時間より長くなるように開閉させる排気弁駆動機構と、
を備えることを特徴とするユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。 - 前記排気弁駆動機構は、前記燃料噴射弁から燃料ガスが噴射開始されるのと同時に、もしくは、前記燃料ガスが噴射開始された後に、前記排気弁を全開位置から全閉位置へ変移開始させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記排気弁駆動機構は、前記排気弁を全開位置から全閉位置へ変移させるとき、該排気弁を全開位置と全閉位置の間の1または複数の開度に段階的に推移させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記燃料ガスの前記排気ポートからの吹抜量を検知する吹抜検知部と、
検知された吹抜量に応じ、前記排気弁駆動機構を通じて、前記開度の大きさを制御する排気制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。 - 前記燃料ガスの前記排気ポートからの吹抜量を検知する吹抜検知部と、
検知された吹抜量に応じ、前記排気弁駆動機構を通じて、前記排気弁を前記全開位置から前記全開位置と全閉位置の間の開度に変更するタイミングを制御する排気制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。 - 前記排気弁駆動機構は、前記排気弁を全開位置から全閉位置へ変移させるとき、全開位置から全閉位置まで、前記排気弁を連続的に推移させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記燃料ガスの前記排気ポートからの吹抜量を検知する吹抜検知部と、
検知された吹抜量に応じ、前記排気弁駆動機構を通じて、変移開始時点および変移終了時点のいずれか一方または双方を制御する排気制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
