Abstract
【解決手段】弁体13を,弁座7に対向する環状の弁部13aと,この弁部13aの後端に連設され,連杆14bの前部の連結端部14aが嵌合して結合される連結筒部13bとで構成し,連結筒部13bは,弁ハウジング3の内周面に摺動自在に嵌合するジャーナル部13b1を有し,外側燃料通路57を,これが弁部13aを囲繞するように環状に形成すると共に,この外側燃料通路57を燃料室55に連通する第1切欠き50を連結筒部13bに設け,また弁部13aの内側を,弁体13の開弁時,ノズル孔9に連通する筒状の内側燃料通路56に形成すると共に,この内側燃料通路56を燃料室55に連通する第2切欠き52を連結端部14aに設けた。

Claims (2)
- ノズル孔(9)及び弁座(7)を有するノズル部材(2)と,このノズル部材(2)の後端に連設される筒状の弁ハウジング(3)と,この弁ハウジング(3)の後端に連設される固定コア(5)と,前記弁座(7)と協働して前記ノズル孔(9)を開閉する弁体(13),前記固定コア(5)の前端に対向する可動コア(12),並びにこれら弁体(13)及び可動コア(12)間を連結する連杆(14)よりなる弁組立体(10)と,前記固定コア(5)及び前記弁組立体(10)間に縮設されて前記弁体(13)を閉弁側に付勢する戻しスプリング(33)と,前記固定コア(5)を囲繞するように配設され,通電時,発生磁力により前記可動コア(12)を前記固定コア(5)に吸引させて前記弁体(13)を開弁するコイル(22)とを備えてなり,前記連杆(14)及び前記弁ハウジング(3)間に,燃料供給部に連通する燃料室(55)を設け,また前記弁体(13)及び前記弁ハウジング(3)間に,前記弁体(13)の開弁時,前記燃料室(55)を前記ノズル孔(9)に連通する外側燃料通路(57)を設けた燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁体(13)を,前記弁座(7)に対向する環状の弁部(13a)と,この弁部(13a)の後端に連設され,前記連杆(14)の前端部が結合される連結筒部(13b)とで構成し,前記連結筒部(13b)は,前記弁ハウジング(3)の内周面に摺動自在に嵌合するジャーナル部(13b1)を有し,前記外側燃料通路(57)を,これが前記弁部(13a)を囲繞するように環状に形成すると共に,この外側燃料通路(57)を前記燃料室(55)に連通する第1切欠き(50)を前記連結筒部(13b)に設け,また前記弁部(13a)の内側に,該弁体(13)の開弁時,前記ノズル孔(9)に連通する筒状の内側燃料通路(56)を形成すると共に,この内側燃料通路(56)を前記燃料室(55)に連通する第2切欠き(52)を前記連杆(14b)の前端部に設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において,
前記弁体(13)の,前記外側燃料通路(57)に臨む外周面を,前記ジャーナル部(13b1)よりも小径に形成する一方,前記弁ハウジング(3)の,前記外側燃料通路(57)に臨む内周面を,前記ジャーナル部(13b1)の外径よりも大径に形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
