Abstract
【解決手段】 組電池1は、複数の単電池2が収容されたケース2と、当接部材7を備える。当接部材7はケース4の上端開口4aに組み付けられ、ケース4内に収容された単電池2に当接してケース4に対して位置決めする。当接部材7は上端から下端に向けて先細りとなる形状を有する突起11,14を備える。突起11,14が単電池2とケース4の間の隙間に挿入されることで、当接部材7がケース4の上端開口4aに対して位置合わせされる。

Claims (10)
- 複数の単電池が収容されたケースと、
前記ケース内に収容された単電池に当接して前記単電池を前記ケースに対して位置決めする当接部材と
を備え、
前記当接部材は、前記当接部材が位置合わせされるように互いに隣接する前記単電池及び前記ケースにより画定される第1の隙間に挿入される、第1の突起を備える、組電池。 - 前記第1の突起は基端側から先端側に向けて先細りとなる形状を有する、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記当接部材は、前記単電池に当接する本体から突出してケース内に差し込まれるリブを備え、
前記本体から前記第1の突起の先端までの長さが、前記本体から前記リブの先端までの長さよりも長い、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の組電池。 - 前記突起と前記リブとの間に隙間が設けられている、請求項3に記載の組電池。
- 前記ケースは前記複数の単電池を囲む側壁を備え、
前記リブは、前記単電池に当接する本体と前記本体から突出して前記単電池と前記側壁との間に挿入される主リブを含み、
前記第1の突起は前記主リブの先端に突設されている、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の組電池。 - 前記第1の突起は、互いに隣接する前記単電池の並び方向の間隔が、前記基端側から前記先端側に向けて漸次狭まる一対の第1の傾斜面を備える、請求項5に記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池は、前記第1の突起が差し込まれる方向から見た隅部に、前記側壁側の弧状部と、この弧状部につながる前記側壁から離れる方向に延びる直線状部とを備え、
前記第1の隙間に挿入された前記第1の突起の基端側は、前記弧状部と前記直線状部の接続部分より前記側壁側に位置する、請求項6に記載の組電池。 - 前記リブは互いに隣接する前記単電池間に挿入される仕切リブを含み、
前記第1の突起は、前記主リブの前記仕切リブの端部に対応する位置に設けられている、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の組電池。 - 前記第1の突起は、前記仕切リブの延長線上に設けられ、前記基端側から前記先端側に向けて前記主リブへ漸次近付く第2の傾斜面を備える、請求項8に記載の組電池。
- 前記ケースは、2つの前記側壁の接続部分に形成された角部を備え、
前記当接部材は、前記当接部材が前記ケースの前記開口に対して位置合わせされるように前記角部と前記単電池により画定される第2の隙間との間に挿入される、第2の突起を備える、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
