Abstract
【解決手段】両面に離型層を設けた基材上に、少なくとも隠蔽層、感圧接着剤層が順次設けられた感圧転写修正テープにおいて、該感圧接着剤層がアクリル系粘着剤およびアクリル系粘着剤と非相溶な合成ゴムラテックス(イソプレンゴム系ラテックスを除く)からなり、該感圧接着剤層中の合成ゴムラテックス含有量が25〜65重量%であり、かつ該合成ゴムラテックスのガラス転移温度が−10℃〜−80℃である感圧転写修正テープ。

Description
厚さ12μmのPETフィルムの両面に、下記に示すシリコーン樹脂液を乾燥後の膜厚が0.5μmになるように塗工し、乾燥して離型層Iおよび離型層IIを形成した。

<転写テープの作製>
前記離型層I上に、下記に示す隠蔽層塗工液の材料を分散機で20分間混合して隠蔽層塗工液を調製した。隠蔽層塗工液を乾燥後の膜厚が20μmになるように塗工し、乾燥して隠蔽層を形成した。

さらに、隠蔽層の上に表1、表2に示すアクリル系粘着剤および合成ゴムラテックスなどから構成される処方に適量の水を加えて感圧接着剤層塗工液を作製し、乾燥後の膜厚が2.0μmになるように塗工し、乾燥して実施例1〜17、比較例1〜24の感圧転写修正シートを作成した。
(1)転写性
PPC用紙に転写荷重300gf、2m/minの速度で、感圧転写修正テープを長さ15cm転写した際、転写した修正塗膜のPPC用紙からの浮き具合を目視観察し、次の基準により評価した。
劣1−2−3−4−5優 4以上が実用領域である。
なお、転写性評価は感圧転写修正テープを未保存のもの(未保存品)と50℃・85%RH×7日の環境下に保存したもの(保存品)の2条件で実施した。
(2)再筆記性
PPC用紙に転写した修正塗膜表面に、500gfの荷重で水性ボールペン三菱鉛筆製uni−ball eyeφ0.5で螺旋筆記を行い、修正塗膜の破れ具合を目視観察し、次の基準により評価した。
劣1−2−3−4−5優 4以上が実用領域である。
(3)耐ブロッキング性
感圧転写修正テープを50℃・85%RH×7日の環境下に保存した後、PPC用紙に転写荷重300gf、6m/minの速度で、感圧転写修正テープを全巻走行した際、ブロッキングによる転写不良および走行不良を目視観察し、次の基準により評価した。
劣1−2−3−4−5優 4以上が実用領域である。
Claims (2)
- 両面に離型層を設けた基材上に、少なくとも隠蔽層、感圧接着剤層が順次設けられた感圧転写修正テープにおいて、該感圧接着剤層がアクリル系粘着剤およびアクリル系粘着剤と非相溶な合成ゴムラテックス(イソプレンゴム系ラテックスを除く)からなり、該感圧接着剤層中の合成ゴムラテックス含有量が25〜65重量%であり、かつ該合成ゴムラテックスのガラス転移温度が−10℃〜−80℃である感圧転写修正テープ。
- 前記合成ゴムラテックスが、スチレン・ブタジエン系ラテックス、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン系ラテックス、ポリブタジエン系ラテックスから選択される少なくとも1種からなるものである請求項1記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
