Abstract
【解決手段】透明ポリプロピレンフィルムであって、少なくとも2種の紫外線吸収添加剤を含み、第1の添加剤が、0.1〜5.0重量%の量でフィルム組成物中に存在する非凝集性無機物質であり、第2の添加剤が、2.0重量%未満の量でフィルム中に存在する、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン、オキサニリド、シアノアクリレート、ベンゾトリアゾール及び/又はベンゾフェノンから選択される有機物質を含み、ベンゾトリアゾールとベンゾフェノンが共にフィルム中に存在する場合、ベンゾトリアゾールのベンゾフェノンに対する比が0.5を超える透明ポリプロピレンフィルム。無機系添加剤が、平均粒子径100nm未満の酸化亜鉛及び/又は酸化チタンである。

Description
有機系添加剤:
Tinuvin 234(ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物、すなわち2−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4,6−ビス(1−メチル−1−フェニルエチル)フェノール、チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ製)
無機系添加剤:
UVBLOCK10と称される無機酸化物のPP混和物(無機非移行性添加剤、アンパ セットヨーロッパ製);
活性ZnOのPP混和物;及び
活性TiO2のPP混和物。
PRISM二軸押出機を用いて粉末状の紫外線遮断添加剤をポリプロピレンペレットと混合することにより、マスターバッチを調製した。
試料を実施例1〜4に記載の方法で調製した。結果を表2及び図2に示す。

ポリプロピレンホモポリマーのコア層の両面を、ポリエチレン/ポリプロピレン/ポリブチレンターポリマー(ランダム共重合体)の2枚のスキン層で挟んで共押出しすることによって、三層ポリマーチューブを作製した。押出しの前に、選択された紫外線添加剤を含む紫外線添加剤マスターバッチをコア中のポリプロピレンホモポリマーと混合した。ポリマーチューブを冷却した後、再加熱後吹き込みを行い、三層二軸延伸フィルムチューブを作製した。インフレーションフィルムチューブを接合及び切断し、23μmの厚さの三層フィルムを得た。上記フィルムの光学特性及び紫外線透過特性を測定した。その結果を表11及び図11に示す。すべての紫外線スペクトルは25μmに補正してある。
図12に示した紫外線スペクトルに、本発明による1つのフィルム(0.5%Tinuvin234+0.5%活性TiO2+1.5%活性ZnOのPP混和物)の透過プロファイルを、5つの比較例(3つはそれぞれ上記の比較例52、54及び57と同じ、2つは異なるフィルム、すなわちそれぞれ市販のセルロースフィルムと酢酸セルロースフィルム)と比較して示す。
〔1〕ポリプロピレンフィルムであって、少なくとも2種の紫外線吸収添加剤を含み、第1の添加剤が、0.1重量%〜5.0重量%の量でフィルム組成物中に存在する非凝集性無機物質であり、第2の添加剤が、2.0重量%未満の量でフィルム中に存在する、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン、オキサニリド、シアノアクリレート、ベンゾトリアゾール及び/又はベンゾフェノンから選択される有機物質を含み、ベンゾトリアゾールとベンゾフェノンが共にフィルム中に存在する場合、ベンゾトリアゾールのベンゾフェノンに対する比が0.5を超えるポリプロピレンフィルム。
〔2〕無機系添加剤が、1種又は複数種の無機酸化物及び/又は金属酸化物を含む前記〔1〕に記載のフィルム。
〔3〕無機系添加剤が、酸化亜鉛及び/又は酸化チタンを含む前記〔2〕に記載のフィルム。
〔4〕有機系添加剤を可溶化するための結合剤を含まない前記〔1〕から〔3〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔5〕有機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の1.5%未満の量で存在する前記〔1〕から〔4〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔6〕有機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の1.0%未満の量で存在する前記〔5〕に記載のフィルム。
〔7〕無機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の4.5重量%未満の量で存在する前記〔1〕から〔6〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔8〕無機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の3.5重量%の未満の量で存在する前記〔7〕に記載のフィルム。
〔9〕220から350nmの紫外光の最大透過率において、フィルムが、30%以下のフィルムへの入射紫外光しか前記最大透過率の波長で透過しない、前記〔1〕から〔8〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔10〕ベンゾトリアゾールとベンゾフェノンが共にフィルム組成物中に存在し、フィルム組成物中のベンゾトリアゾールのベンゾフェノンとの比が少なくとも1:1である、前記〔1〕から〔9〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔11〕ベンゾフェノンがフィルム組成物中に存在しない、前記〔1〕から〔9〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔12〕広角曇り度(WAH)が10%未満である、前記〔1〕から〔11〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔13〕45°角の光沢度が80%を超える、前記〔1〕から〔12〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
〔14〕無機系添加剤の平均粒子径が200nm未満、任意に100nm未満である、前記〔1〕から〔13〕のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
Claims (13)
- 透明ポリプロピレンフィルムであって、少なくとも第1と第2の紫外線吸収添加剤を含み、
前記第1の添加剤が、0.1重量%〜5.0重量%の量でフィルム組成物中に存在する非凝集性無機物質であり、
前記第2の添加剤が、2.0重量%未満の量でフィルム中に存在する、トリアジン、ヒンダードアミン、オキサニリド、シアノアクリレート、ベンゾトリアゾール及びベンゾフェノンから選択される有機物質を含み、ベンゾトリアゾールとベンゾフェノンが共にフィルム中に存在する場合、ベンゾトリアゾールのベンゾフェノンに対する比が0.5を超え、当該無機系の添加剤の平均粒子径が100nm未満であるポリプロピレンフィルム。 - 無機系添加剤が、1種又は複数種の無機酸化物及び/又は金属酸化物を含む請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 無機系添加剤が、酸化亜鉛及び/又は酸化チタンを含む請求項2に記載のフィルム。
- 有機系添加剤を可溶化するための結合剤を含まない請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 有機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の1.5%未満の量で存在する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 有機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の1.0%未満の量で存在する請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 無機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の4.5重量%未満の量で存在する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 無機系添加剤が、フィルム組成物の3.5重量%の未満の量で存在する請求項7に記載のフィルム。
- 220から350nmの紫外光の最大透過率において、フィルムが、30%以下のフィルムへの入射紫外光しか前記最大透過率の波長で透過しない、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ベンゾトリアゾールとベンゾフェノンが共にフィルム組成物中に存在する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- ベンゾフェノンがフィルム組成物中に存在しない、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 広角曇り度(WAH)が10%未満である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 45°角の光沢度が80%を超える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
