Abstract
【解決手段】外輪11と内輪21との間に複列の球面ころ31を組込み、その球面ころ31を保持する保持器C0を、各列毎の球面ころ31を保持する2つの単列ころ用保持器C1とする。2つの単列ころ用保持器C1のそれぞれを、外輪案内される中央側環状体41と、内輪案内される外側環状体42と、その外側環状体42と中央側環状体41の対向部間に渡されて周方向に球面ころ31の間隔をおいて設けられた複数の柱部43とで形成して、隣接する柱部43間にころ収容用のポケット44が形成されたかご形とし、その2つの単列ころ用保持器を、中央側環状体41が互いに対向する組込みとする。

Claims (9)
- 球面軌道を内周に有する外輪と、複列の球面軌道を外周に有する内輪と、その内輪の複列の球面軌道のそれぞれと前記外輪の球面軌道間に組み込まれた複列の球面ころと、その複列の球面ころを保持する保持器とからなる自動調心ころ軸受において、
前記保持器が、各列毎の球面ころを保持する2つの単列ころ用保持器からなり、その2つの単列ころ用保持器のそれぞれが、外輪案内される中央側環状体と、内輪案内される外側環状体と、その外側環状体と中央側環状体の対向部間に渡されて周方向に球面ころの間隔をおいて設けられた複数の柱部とで形成されて、隣接する柱部間にころ収容用のポケットが形成されたかご形とされ、その2つの単列ころ用保持器を、中央側環状体が互いに対向する組込みとしたことを特徴とする自動調心ころ軸受。 - 前記柱部のポケットと対向する側面に、ポケット内に収容された球面ころが保持器径方向の外側に抜け落ちるのを防止する複数の抜止め突部を柱部の長さ方向に間隔をおいて設けた請求項1に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記柱部が、保持器外径側に折れ曲がる複数の屈曲部を有してなる請求項1又は2に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記柱部が、保持器外径側に折れ曲がる複数の屈曲部を内周に有し、外周に球面が設けられた請求項1又は2に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記2つの単列ころ用保持器における中央側環状体の互いに接触する状態で相対回転する外側面に保持器径方向に延びる油溝が設けられた請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記単列ころ用保持器が、黄銅製とされた請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記単列ころ用保持器が、鉄製とされた請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記単列ころ用保持器が、表面硬化処理された請求項7に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
- 前記単列ころ用保持器が、潤滑性処理された請求項7に記載の自動調心ころ軸受。
