Claims (11)
- 車両用空調装置(1)の空気ダクト用の中間要素(3)であって、
配管(4、5)用のフィードスルー(8)が中間要素(3)に配置され、前記フィードスルー(8)が、前記中間要素(3)による空気流れを少なくとも2つの流路に分割する流れダクト要素であることを特徴とする中間要素(3)。 - 前記中間要素(3)は、ディフューザとして構成されている請求項1記載の中間要素(3)。
- ディフューザと、熱交換器及び/又はフィルタ(17)と、コネクタ(16)とが連続して配置され、前記フィードスルー(8)が前記コネクタ(16)に形成されている請求項1記載の中間要素(3)。
- 前記ディフューザ(3)を貫く前記フィードスルー(8)は、空気流れの流れ方向に対して垂直に形成される請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- 車両用空調装置(1)の配管は、前記フィードスルー(8)内に配置される請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- 前記フィードスルー(8)は、前記ディフューザ(3)のハウジング接続部の分割面(13)内に配置されており、前記配管は、組立工程中に前記ディフューザ(3)のフィードスルー(8)に取り付け可能である請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- 前記ディフューザ(3)の1つのハウジング部品が、前記ディフューザ(3)を通る前記フィードスルー(8)の一部を持つ装置カバー(14)として構成され、前記装置カバー(14)は、組立工程中に前記配管を前記フィードスルー(8)に取り付けるときに、前記ディフューザハウジングから取り外し可能である請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- フィードスルー(8)は、組立工程後に前記配管が前記フィードスルー(8)の正確な嵌め合いにより固定される請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- いくつかのフィードスルー(8)は、前記ディフューザ(3)内に配置されている請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- ファン及び空気分配ハウジングの接続開口部(6、7)の中心点は、空気分配ハウジング(2)の縦軸線(12)からオフセットされている請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の中間要素(3)。
- ファン及び空気分配ハウジングの接続開口部(6、7)の中心点は、空気分配ハウジング(2)の縦軸線(12)上に配置される請求項10記載の中間要素(3)。
