Description
a)第1の流出流路の流出断面は、第2の流出流路の流出断面とは異なること、および、
b)流出軸の交点は、流入軸から横方向にオフセットされていること、
のうち少なくとも1つを有する。
すべての流出流路は、好ましくは、流入流路の軸方向端部から放射状に分岐している。結果として、低い設置空間の要求を有する極めてコンパクトな冷媒分配器が製造される。とくに、ちょうど2つの流出流路が設けられ、その結果、冷媒分配器の流露はY形状を形成する。
Claims (12)
- 流入軸(E)に沿って実質的に直線状に延びるとともに流路断面(QE)を有する流入流路(12)と、
各々が流出軸(A1、A2)に沿って実質的に直線状に延びるとともに流路断面(QA1、QA2)を有する、前記流入流路(12)から分岐する少なくとも2つの流出流路(14、16)と、
を備え、
第1の流出流路(14)の前記流出軸(A1)および第2の流出流路(16)の前記流出軸(A2)は、交点(S)において交差しており、
以下の特徴、すなわち
a)前記第1の流出流路(14)の前記流路断面(QA1)は、前記第2の流出流路(16)の前記流路断面(QA2)とは異なること、および、
b)前記流出軸(A1、A2)の前記交点(S)は、前記流入軸(E)から横方向にオフセットされていること、
のうち少なくとも1つを有し、
前記流入流路(12)は、流入口(32)に隣接する接続部分(38)と、前記流出流路(14、16)に隣接する分岐部分(40)と、を有し、
前記接続部分(38)は、開口軸(E * )を有する開口断面(Q E * )を規定しており、
前記分岐部分(40)は、前記流入軸(E)を有する前記開口断面(Q E * )と比べて狭められた前記流路断面(Q E )を規定している
ことを特徴とする自動車の冷媒分配器。 - すべての流出流路(14、16)は、前記流入流路(12)の軸方向端部から放射状に分岐している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒分配器。 - 前記流入流路(12)の前記流路断面(QE)は、4mm≦dE≦8mmの流入直径(dE)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷媒分配器。 - 各流出流路(14、16)は、分岐点(18)から流出口(20、22)まで延びるとともに、実質的に一定の流路断面(QA1、QA2)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の冷媒分配器。 - 前記第1の流出流路(14)の前記流路断面(QA1)は、前記第2の流出流路(16)の前記流路断面(QA2)とは異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷媒分配器。 - 前記第1の出口流路(14)に対して第1の冷却能力(PK1)が関連付けられ、
前記第2の出口流路(16)に対して前記第1の冷却能力(PK1)とは異なる第2の冷却能力(PK2)が関連付けられ、
以下の式、すなわちPK1/PK2=QA1/QA2が本質的に当てはまることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の冷媒分配器。 - 前記流出軸(A1、A2)の前記交点(S)は、前記流入軸(E)から横方向にオフセットされており、
とくに、前記流出軸(A1、A2)の前記交点(S)は、前記流入軸(E)から横方向に0mm<x≦2mmの距離(x)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の冷媒分配器。 - 前記開口軸(E*)は、前記流出軸(A1、A2)の前記交点(S)を通って延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の冷媒分配器。 - 前記分岐部分(40)は、1mm≦LV<3ddhydr,Vの軸方向長さ(LV)および水力直径(dhydr,V)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の冷媒分配器。 - ハイブリッドまたは電気自動車の冷媒回路であって、
各々が冷媒流入部(42)と冷媒流出部(44)とを有する、前記自動車の駆動バッテリモジュール(24)を冷却するために平行に接続された少なくとも2つの蒸発器(26、28)と、
流入流路(12)と少なくとも2つの流出流路(14、16)とを有する分岐点(18)を形成する、とくに請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の、冷媒分配器(10)と、
コレクタ流出部(50)と少なくとも2つのコレクタ流入部(52、54)とを有する分岐点(48)を形成する冷媒コレクタ(46)と、
各々が前記冷媒分配器(10)の流出流路(14、16)から前記冷媒コレクタ(46)のコレクタ流入部(52、54)まで延びる、平行に接続された少なくとも2つの分岐管路(56、58)と、
を備え、
前記蒸発器(26、28)の各々は、関連する分岐管路(56、58)に接続され、
少なくとも1つの蒸発器(26、28)の流入部および/または流出部において、フロー抵抗(62)が、前記関連する分岐管路(56、58)において圧力降下を適応させるために設けられている
ことを特徴とする冷媒回路。 - 前記流入部および/または流出部において、少なくとも1つの蒸発器(26、28)が、中間フランジ(64)を介して前記関連する分岐管路(56、58)に接続されており、
前記フロー抵抗(62)は、前記中間フランジ(64)に一体化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の冷媒回路。 - 前記駆動バッテリモジュール(24)を冷却するために平行に接続された前記蒸発器(26、28)は、構造的に互いに分離しているとともにとくに熱的に分離された別個の蒸発器(26、28)である
ことを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の冷媒回路。
