Abstract
【解決手段】 車両の制御装置1は、自動変速機10の動作状態を選択する操作を受け付け、受け付けた選択操作に応じた選択信号を出力する自動復帰型のセレクトスイッチ20と、セレクトスイッチ20から出力された選択信号に応じて自動変速機10の動作状態を切り替える切替制御部32と、車両の走行中に、所定時間内に所定回数以上、セレクトスイッチ20が連続的に操作されたか否かを判定し、セレクトスイッチ20が連続的に操作されたと判定した場合に、緊急操作信号を出力する緊急時判定部31と、運転者の操作、及び、緊急時判定部31から出力される緊急操作信号に基づいて、車両を制動するブレーキCU40、電動パーキングブレーキCU50とを備える。

Claims (7)
- インヒビット機能を有する自動変速機が搭載された車両の制御装置において、
前記自動変速機の動作状態を選択する操作を受け付け、受け付けた選択操作に応じた選択信号を出力する自動復帰型のセレクト手段と、
前記セレクト手段により出力される選択信号に応じて前記自動変速機の動作状態を切り替える切替手段と、
前記セレクト手段により出力される選択信号に基づいて、車両の走行中に、所定時間内に所定回数以上、前記セレクト手段が連続的に操作されたか否かを判定し、前記セレクト手段が連続的に操作されたと判定した場合に、緊急操作信号を出力する判定手段と、
運転者の操作、及び、前記判定手段により出力される緊急操作信号に基づいて、車両を制動する制動手段と、を備えることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記判定手段は、前記セレクト手段で選択可能な複数の動作状態の内、同一の動作状態を選択する操作が、前記所定時間内に前記所定回数以上連続的に行われたと判定した場合に、前記緊急操作信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記判定手段は、前進走行時に、後進状態を選択する操作が、前記所定時間内に前記所定回数以上、連続的に行われたと判定した場合に、前記緊急操作信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記切替手段は、前記判定手段により前記セレクト手段が連続的に操作されたと判定された場合に、前記自動変速機をニュートラル状態にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記切替手段は、車両が前進走行しているときに、前記判定手段により前記セレクト手段が連続的に操作されたと判定された場合には、前記自動変速機を前進状態に保持することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記切替手段は、前記緊急操作信号に基づいて、前記制動手段により、車両が制動されて停止された場合、前記自動変速機をパーキング状態にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記緊急操作信号に基づいて、前記制動手段により、車両が制動されているときに、制動中であることを運転者及び/又は同乗者に提示する表示手段をさらに備え、
前記制動手段は、前記緊急操作信号に基づいて車両を制動しているときに、ブレーキランプを点灯することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
