Abstract
【解決手段】 加熱炉10内に導入された長尺の被処理材Wを、ウォーキングビーム30により導入部から導出部に向けて固定ビーム20の上を順々に搬送させるにあたり、少なくとも前記のウォーキングビームに被処理材を保持させる凹部32を設け、被処理材を加熱させる導入部側における凹部32aの搬送方向の幅を広くすると共に、加熱された被処理材全体を均一な温度に加熱して保持させる導出部側における凹部32bを波形溝状にした。

Claims (7)
- 加熱炉内に導入された被処理材を保持する固定ビームが炉長方向に沿って設けられると共に、前記の被処理材を導入部から導出部に向けて固定ビームの上を順々に搬送させるウォーキングビームが炉長方向に沿って設けられたウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、長尺の被処理材を搬送方向と交差する方向に配置させた状態で前記のウォーキングビームによって搬送させるにあたり、少なくとも前記のウォーキングビームに前記の被処理材を保持させる凹部を設け、加熱炉内に導入された被処理材を加熱させる導入部側のウォーキングビームに設ける凹部の搬送方向の幅を広くすると共に、加熱された被処理材全体を均一な温度に加熱して保持させる導出部側のウォーキングビームに設ける凹部を波形溝状にしたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の被処理材が長尺の筒状部材であることを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の導入部側のウォーキングビームに設ける凹部の搬送方向の幅を、前記の導出部側のウォーキングビームに設ける凹部の搬送方向の幅よりも大きくしたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の導入部側のウォーキングビームに設ける凹部の底部を平坦状にしたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の導出部側のウォーキングビームに設ける波形溝状の凹部をV溝状に形成したことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の導出部側に位置するウォーキングビームに設ける凹部間のピッチを、前記の導入部側に位置するウォーキングビームに設ける凹部間のピッチよりも小さくすると共に、導出部側に位置するウォーキングビームが被処理材の搬送方向に往復移動する距離を、導入部側に位置するウォーキングビームが被処理材の搬送方向に往復移動する距離よりも小さくしたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載のウォーキングビーム式加熱炉において、前記の固定ビームに前記の被処理材を保持させる凹部を設け、加熱炉内に導入された被処理材を加熱させる導入部側の固定ビームに設ける凹部と、加熱された被処理材全体を均一な温度に加熱して保持させる導出部側の固定ビームに設ける凹部とを、前記のウォーキングビームに設ける凹部に対応させたことを特徴とするウォーキングビーム式加熱炉。
