− 上記したように電気モータに電力を供給する電池とを備え、電池の熱時定数は、電気モータによって駆動される車両の自律性の少なくとも2倍である自動車にも関する。
− 断熱容器内部の温度を測定するためのプローブと、
− 電池の外部の温度を測定するためのプローブと、
− コマンドモジュールとを備え、コマンドモジュールは、
− 外部温度が、断熱容器内の温度より高く、断熱容器内の温度が下限閾値より低い場合、または、
− 外部温度が、断熱容器内の温度より低く、断熱容器内の温度が上限閾値よりも高い場合には、前記外部容積と断熱容器との間の熱伝達流体の流れを設定するようになっている。

Claims (12)
- 自動車を駆動する電気モータに電力を供給する電池(1)であって、断熱容器(4)の中に入れられ、かつまた気密および水密の密閉容器(3)に入れられている電気化学的セル(2)を備えている電池(1)において、
密閉容器(3)は、断熱容器(4)を含み、前記断熱容器の外部にあり、前記外部とのと熱交換を有利に行うための容積を有し、かつ前記断熱容器と前記容積との間の熱伝達流体の流れを選択的に設定するバルブ(42)を備えていることを特徴とする電池。 - 密閉容器(3)は、その内部の圧力の変動に従って、弾性変形するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 密閉容器(3)は、起伏形状の部分を有する少なくとも1つの変形可能面(58)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記変形可能面(58)は、熱伝導性材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池。
- 密閉容器(3)は、前記断熱容器の中で気体の流れを選択的に設定し、前記外部との空気/空気交換器を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電気化学的セル(2)の間に空気を循環させる回路を備え、前記回路の中で、空気の流れを発生させる装置(6)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 断熱容器(4)は、前記外部に対する熱抵抗が、0.1m2K/Wより大きな値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 断熱容器(4)は、不活性気体で充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 電気モータ(9)と、前記電気モータに電力を供給するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電池とを備え、前記電池の熱時定数は、前記電気モータによって駆動される前記車両の自律性の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする自動車(8)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池と、
前記断熱容器内部の温度を測定するプローブ(11)と、
前記電池の外部の温度を測定するプローブ(12)と、
コマンドモジュール(7)とを備え、コマンドモジュール(7)は、
前記外部温度が、前記断熱容器内の前記温度よりも高く、また前記断熱容器内の前記温度が下限閾値より低い場合、または、
前記外部温度が、前記断熱容器内の前記温度より低く、かつ前記断熱容器内の前記温度が、上限閾値よりも高い場合に、前記外部容積と前記断熱容器との間の熱伝達流体の流れを設定することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の自動車(8)。 - 前記コマンドモジュールは、前記電池により前記モータへの電力供給が行われていないことを検出することができ、前記電池により前記モータへの電力供給が行われていないことの前記検出に基づいて、熱伝達流体の前記流れを確立するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の自動車。
- 前記電池は、前記蓄電池の電荷の平衡をとる回路を備え、前記回路は、断熱容器(4)の中に収容され、また少なくとも1つの放電抵抗を備え、前記コマンドモジュールは、断熱容器(4)の前記内部温度が前記下限閾値より低く、また前記モータへ電力供給が行われていないことが検出された場合に、前記放電抵抗に対する前記蓄電池の放電を駆動するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の自動車。
