Claims (7)
- 真空ポンプ、特にスクリューポンプが、ギアリングによって結合され、吐出体(12、13)を駆動する、好ましくは二つの吐出体シャフト(2、3)を有し、
吐出体(2、3)が、吸入口側端部及び圧迫側端部を有するとともに、その内部が冷却されており、及び
前記真空ポンプ(1)が、モータ/ギアリングチェンバ(7)とワーキングチェンバ(5)とに分割されたハウジング(4、6)を有し、及び
さらに、吐出体(12、13)が、前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)の幾何学的軸(A)方向に延在している内側凹部(14)を有し、
前記凹部(14)内には、冷却液を案内するためのチューブ状ボディ(20)が、前記凹部(14)の内側表面と前記ボディ(20)の外側表面との間に自由空間を設けて延在し、
前記冷却液が、前記ボディ(20)から前記自由空間に入ることが可能であり、及び
前記ボディ(20)が、前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)に固定されている、真空ポンプであって、
前記ボディ(20)が、さらに、前記吐出体(12、13)の前記吸入口側端部に取り付けられた分離カバー部材(15)に固定され、及び
前記自由空間の少なくとも一部が、直接、前記ボディ(20)と前記吐出体(12、13)の内側表面との間に形成され、及び前記カバー部材(15)から、前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)の前記モータ/ギアリングハウジング(4)と関連する前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)の領域における前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)内の前記ボディ(20)の固定領域まで、連続的に延在していることを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記ボディ(20)の外側表面と前記吐出体(12、13)の内側表面との間の空間に、内蔵部品が存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記冷却液が、吐出体(12、13)の端面の領域において、流出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記チューブ状ボディ(20)が、前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)の対応する受入凹部に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記受入凹部が、固定部と、断面にてより大きい開口を備える通路部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記ボディ(20)が、冷却液の通路のための、径方向に延在している、一つ又はそれ以上の孔(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記冷却液が、前記固定部の軸方向に開放している、前記ボディ(20)内に入るために、前記吐出体シャフト(2、3)に注入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
