Claims (20)
- 可動な車台(2)、
車台(2)上に回転可能に配置された上部構造(3)、及び
長手方向に伸縮自在で、上部構造(3)上に配置されていて、ラフィング面内で旋回可能なジブ(9;9a;9b)、を有する移動式伸縮自在クレーンにおいて、
ジブ(9;9a;9b)は少なくとも4つの部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)を有し、
部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)のそれぞれは、長手方向に伸縮自在であるように、少なくとも2つの部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)から構成され、
互いから間隔を置いて長手方向に対して横に配置された部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)はそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの曲げ強い連結要素(32〜35;32a〜35a;32b〜35b)を有するジブ部分(11〜13;11a〜13a;11b〜13b)を形成することを特徴とする移動式伸縮自在クレーン。 - ジブ(9;9a;9b)は、ラフィング面と垂直に、少なくとも4つの部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)により作られる断面積AAを有し、部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)のそれぞれは、ラフィング面と垂直に、部分断面積(A1〜A4)を有し、
部分断面積の和ASに対する断面積AAの比に対して、AA/AS>1、特にAA/AS≧1.5、特にAA/AS≧2、特にAA/AS≧2.5が当てはまることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。 - ジブ(9;9a;9b)はラフィング面と垂直に幅BAを有し、部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)のそれぞれは幅Biを有し、それらの比に対して、それぞれの場合に、BA/Bi≧1.5、特にBA/Bi≧2、特にBA/Bi≧2.5が当てはまることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- ジブ(9;9a;9b)はラフィング面と平行に高さHAを有し、部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)のそれぞれは高さHiを有し、それらの比に対して、それぞれの場合に、HA/Hi≧1.5、特にHA/Hi≧2、特にHA/Hi≧2.5が当てはまることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)はラフィング面に関して対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)は互いに対して多角形状、特に三角形状又は四角形状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 少なくとも1つの部品ジブ(18,19;19a)は、断面積AAを変化させるため、特にジブ(9;9a)の高さHAを変化させるため、少なくとも1つの他の部品ジブ(16,17;16a〜18a)に対して変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- それぞれの隣接する部品ジブ部分(11〜13;11a〜13a;11b〜13b)は、長手方向に互いに対して機械式に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 全ての部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)の部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、中空シリンダとして設計され、隣接する部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、それぞれの場合で互いに伸縮自在であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 全ての部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)の部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、幾何学的に似た断面、特に同一の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 全ての部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)のそれぞれの隣接する部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、長手方向に互いに対して機械式に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 少なくとも2つの隣接する部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、少なくとも1つのロックボルト(68;68a;68b)により互いに対して機械式に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 少なくとも2つの隣接する部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、少なくとも2つのロックボルト(68;68a;68b)により互いに対して機械式に固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- ジブ(9;9a;9b)はラフィング面と垂直に変化する幅を有し、該幅は、車台(2)に対向する少なくとも1つの下側部品ジブ(16,17;16a;16b)から、車台(2)から離れた少なくとも2つの上側部品ジブ(18,19;17a,18a;17b,18b)まで増大することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 少なくとも1つの部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)のそれぞれの隣接する部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)は、端部で互いに対して機械式に固定可能であり、
特に、隣接する部品ジブ部分(20〜31;20a〜31a;20b〜31b)を固定するためにそれぞれの場合に備えられる少なくとも1つのロックボルト(68;68a;68b)は、関連する連結要素(33,34;33a,34a;33b,34b)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。 - 車台(2)に対向する少なくとも1つの下側部品ジブ(16,17;16a;16b)は、別な部品ジブ(18,19;17a〜19a;17b〜19b)と比べてより大きい部分断面積(A1,A2;A1)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 少なくとも1つの部品ジブ(16;16a;16b)は、ジブ(9;9a;9b)を伸縮するための油圧シリンダ(14)が配置される受容スペースを形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- ジブ(9;9a;9b)が、多角形状でラフィング面に対して対称に配置された正に4つのジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 部品ジブ(16〜19;16a〜19a;16b〜19b)はケーブル案内路(53;53a;53b)を画定することを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
- 支持ケーブル(54)がジブ(9;9a;9b)に沿って案内され、支持ケーブル(54)は、特にケーブル案内路(53;53a;53b)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の移動式伸縮自在クレーン。
