Abstract
Description
本発明は、制動時に締付具および/または工具が主軸から脱落するのを回避するための、伝動ユニットを含む脱落防止装置に関する。前記脱落防止装置はとりわけ、手持ち式工作機械脱落防止装置である。
図1に、本発明の脱落防止装置10aを備えアングルグラインダ40aとして構成された手持ち式工作機械42aを概略的に示す。この構成では、前記脱落防止装置10aは手持ち式工作機械脱落防止装置として構成されている。アングルグラインダ40aは、保護フードユニット44aと、手持ち式工作機械ケーシング46aと、主把持部48aとを含み、この主把持部48aは、工具14aと反対側50aにおいて、アングルグラインダ40aの主延在方向52aの方向に延在する。前記手持ち式工作機械ケーシング46aは、モータ(図中には詳細に示されていない)を収容するためのモータケーシング54aと、変速機(図中には詳細に示されていない)を支承するための変速機ケーシング56aとを含む。前記変速機ケーシング56aには付加的把持部58aが設けられている。この付加的把持部58aは、アングルグラインダ40aの主延在方向52aに対して横方向に延在する。
Claims (10)
- 制動動作中に主軸(16a)から締付具(12a)および/または工具が脱落するのを回避するための、とりわけ手持ち式工作機械用脱落防止装置である脱落防止装置であって、
少なくとも1つの伝動ユニット(18a,18b)を有する脱落防止装置において、
動作中に前記伝動ユニット(18a,18b)のアンバランスを少なくとも軽減するように設けられたアンバランス補償ユニット(20a,20b)を有する
ことを特徴とする脱落防止装置。 - 前記アンバランス補償ユニット(20a;20b)は、前記伝動ユニット(18a;18b)の伝動部材(26a;26b)に可動に支承された少なくとも1つのアンバランス補償部材(22a,24a;22b,24b)を有する、
請求項1記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記アンバランス補償部材(22a,24a;22b,24b)は転がり部材(28a,30a;28b,30b)として形成されている、
請求項2記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記転がり部材(28a,30a;28b,30b)は少なくとも、前記伝動部材(26a;26b)と一体を成すように形成された移動路(32a;32b)内で案内されるように構成されている、
請求項3記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記アンバランス補償部材(22a,24a;22b,24b)は、前記伝動部材(26a;26b)の周方向(34a;34b)に延在するU字形の溝(36a;36b)内に可動に支承されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記アンバランス補償ユニット(20a;20b)は、前記溝(36a;36b)を封止するように設けられた封止部材(38a;38b)を有する、
請求項5記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記封止部材(38a;38b)は円環状に形成されている、
請求項6記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記アンバランス補償ユニット(20a;20b)は、前記伝動部材(26a;26b)の前記溝(36a;36b)内に配置された少なくとも1つの減衰部材を含む、
請求項5記載の脱落防止装置。 - 前記伝動ユニット(18a,18b)は、取り外し可能に前記主軸(16a)に結合できるように構成されている、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の脱落防止装置。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の脱落防止装置を備えた、とりわけアングルグラインダである手持ち式工作機械。
