Abstract
Description
粗ガス流の少なくとも一部を少なくとも1つのフィルター要素に供給するステップであって、供給される粗ガス流がこのフィルター要素を用いて濾過されるステップと、
フィルター要素を用いて濾過された粗ガス流を浄化ガス流として浄化ガスチャンバに供給するステップと、
を含む方法にも関する。
Claims (15)
- オーバースプレー粒子を含む粗ガス流(104)から塗料オーバースプレーを分離するためのフィルター装置であって、
粗ガス流(104)の少なくとも一部を供給できる少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)と、フィルター要素(122)を用いて濾過された粗ガス流(104)を浄化ガス流として供給できる浄化ガスチャンバ(124)と、を含むフィルター装置において、
浄化ガスチャンバ(124)に付随して少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)が存在し、このフィルター(168)は少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)の下流側に配置され、少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)でフィルターが破断した場合にこのフィルター(168)を用いて粗ガス流(120)の少なくとも一部を濾過することができることを特徴とするフィルター装置。 - 少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)が浄化ガスチャンバ(124)内部または浄化ガスチャンバ(124)の境界壁上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター装置。
- 少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)が浄化ガスチャンバ(124)上に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のフィルター装置。
- 浄化ガスチャンバ(124)から浄化ガス収集チャネル(164)まで浄化ガスを供給するときに通る浄化ガスチャネル(162)を含み、浄化ガス収集チャネル(164)は同様に少なくとも1つのもう一つのフィルター装置(102)の浄化ガスを収容し、フィルター装置(102)の安全フィルター(168)は浄化ガス収集チャネル(164)内への浄化ガスチャネル(162)の接合部の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- 少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)は、予め安全フィルター(176)を取外すことなく、少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)がフィルター装置(102)から取外し可能となるような形で、フィルター装置(102)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- 安全フィルター(168)が少なくとも1つの乾式フィルターを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- 安全フィルター(168)が、バッフルフィルター、ポケットフィルター(176)、バッグフィルター、マットフィルター、プレートフィルターおよび/またはチューブフィルターを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- フィルター要素(122)を通って到達した粗ガスを濾過するためフィルター要素(122)においてフィルターが破断した場合に、少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)を活動化させることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- 少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)の少なくとも1つの安全フィルター要素(172)が、フィルターの破断の際に粗ガスの流路内に導入されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフィルター装置。
- 少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)の少なくとも1つの安全フィルター要素(172)が、フィルター破断の際に濾材で充填可能であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のフィルター装置。
- 少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)の少なくとも1つの安全フィルター要素(172)が、フィルター破断の際に電圧を印加することによって活動化可能であることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- フィルター要素(122)におけるフィルター破断を検出するための少なくとも1つの検出装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- 少なくとも1つの検出装置が、粒子計数器、圧力損失測定装置、少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)の流れ抵抗を測定するためのフィルター抵抗測定装置、および/または少なくとも1つの安全フィルター(168)の流れ抵抗を測定するためのフィルター抵抗測定装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のフィルター装置。
- フィルター装置(102)の動作中、フィルター装置(102)の少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)に障壁層が具備され、この障壁層が補助濾材を格納することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター装置。
- オーバースプレー粒子を含む粗ガス流(104)から塗料オーバースプレーを分離する方法であって、
粗ガス流(104)の少なくとも一部を少なくとも1つのフィルター要素に供給するステップであって、供給される粗ガス流(104)がこのフィルター要素を用いて濾過されるステップと、
フィルター要素(122)を用いて濾過された粗ガス流(104)を浄化ガス流として浄化ガスチャンバ(124)に供給するステップと、
を含む方法において、
少なくとも1つのフィルター要素(122)においてフィルターが破断した場合に、浄化ガスチャンバ(124)に供給される粗ガス流(104)が、フィルター要素(122)の下流側に配置され浄化ガスチャンバ(124)に付随する安全フィルター(168)を用いて濾過されることを特徴とする方法。
