Abstract
Description
高圧アキュムレータ(コモンレール)を備えた自己着火式の内燃機関の運転中では、高圧アキュムレータ内の燃料系圧が、圧力制御弁によってほぼ一定に保持される。高圧アキュムレータ内の圧力が系圧を上回るやいなや、圧力制御弁は開弁し、高圧アキュムレータ内の圧力が再び系圧よりも下に低下すると、圧力制御弁は閉弁する。これにより、内燃機関のシリンダ内への燃料噴射が、不変の一定条件下に行われることが保証される。高圧アキュムレータ内の燃料圧が、燃料中に溶解した空気の蒸気圧よりも下に低下すると、空気は燃料内から分離するので、高圧アキュムレータ内には液状の燃料の他に、気相も含まれている。その場合、内燃機関の始動時では、高圧アキュムレータ内に運転のために必要な圧力を形成するために、高圧アキュムレータ内に含まれているガスが高圧ポンプによって圧縮されなければならない。運転のために必要な圧力を形成するためには、内燃機関の始動温度に関連して、複数回のエンジン回転が必要となり、これにより始動遅延が生じる。高圧アキュムレータ内に含まれた空気の逃出を可能にするためには、エンジンが停止された状態で圧力制御弁を、開弁された状態にセットすることが考えられる。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有する本発明による圧力制御弁、すなわち前記アーマチュア室が戻し接続部を介して前記弁室にハイドロリック的に接続されていることを特徴とする圧力制御弁には、閉鎖エレメントが迅速な開弁行程を実施し、かつ開弁された位置の間、安定した状態に留まるという利点がある。このことは、アーマチュアの両側が等しい圧力にさらされており、したがってアーマチュアが圧力補償されていることにより可能となる。これにより、戻し管路内の圧力変動はアーマチュアに作用しなくなる。付加的に、アーマチュア室内にアーマチュアプレートが配置されることにより、開弁段階の間、アーマチュアの減衰が達成される。
以下に、本発明の実施形態を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関に用いられる噴射装置用の高圧アキュムレータ(12)の流出部を開閉する圧力制御弁であって、弁エレメント(18)を備え、該弁エレメント(18)は電磁式アクチュエータ(17)によって操作可能であり、該電磁式アクチュエータ(17)はアーマチュア(31)によって閉鎖エレメント(29)に作用し、該閉鎖エレメント(29)は前記高圧アキュムレータ(12)から弁室(26)に通じるハイドロリック的な接続部を閉鎖するか、または開放し、前記アーマチュア(31)はアーマチュアプレート(32)とアーマチュアピン(33)とを有し、該アーマチュアピン(33)は弁ハウジング(20)内に軸方向可動に案内されており、前記アーマチュアプレート(32)はアーマチュア室(44)内に可動に配置されており、前記弁室(26)は低圧接続部(15)にハイドロリック的に接続されている圧力制御弁において、前記アーマチュア室(44)は戻し接続部(50)を介して前記弁室(26)にハイドロリック的に接続されていることを特徴とする圧力制御弁。
- 前記戻し接続部(50)は、前記アーマチュアピン(33)に形成された、前記弁室(26)と前記アーマチュア室(44)との間の接続孔によって形成されている、請求項1記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記接続孔は、盲孔(51)と、該盲孔(51)から分岐した横方向孔(52)とによって形成されている、請求項2記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記戻し接続部(50)は、前記弁ハウジング(20)を貫いて案内された少なくとも1つの孔(55)により実現されており、該孔(55)の一方の端部は前記弁室(26)に接続されており、他方の端部は前記アーマチュア室(44)に接続されている、請求項1記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記戻し接続部(50)は、ピストンガイド(22)および/または前記アーマチュアピン(33)に加工成形された少なくとも1つの通路によって形成されている、請求項1記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記通路は、前記ピストンガイド(22)および/または前記アーマチュアピン(33)に加工成形された、軸方向に延びる少なくとも1つの溝(61)によって形成されている、請求項5記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記アーマチュアピン(33)に、全周にわたって均一に分配された、軸方向に延びる4つの溝(63)が形成されている、請求項6記載の圧力制御弁。
- 2つの隣接した前記溝(63)の間にそれぞれ1つのウェブ(64)が形成されており、該ウェブ(64)の外面(65)が、前記ピストンガイド(22)内部の案内面を形成している、請求項7記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記低圧接続部(15)は前記アーマチュア室(44)に接続されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記アーマチュア室(44)の下流側に流出絞り(45)が接続されており、該流出絞り(45)は接続部材(40)に設けられた接続フランジ(41)に形成されている、請求項9記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記低圧接続部(15)は直接に前記弁室(26)に接続されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の圧力制御弁。
