Claims (6)
- 自動車パワーステアリングシステムにおける電動補助モータ(8)によって供給される補助トルク(15)を安定させるための方法であって、
ステアリングホイール(2)に操縦者によって与えられるトルク、補助トルク(15)、および選択的に電動補助モータの速度のような他のパラメータからステアリングシステムラックにかかる力を推定し、
“目標”補助トルクを、推定されたラック力(17)に関して定められた指定補助範囲と常時比較し、そして、
予め定められた持続期間の間、目標補助トルクが予め定められた範囲より高く保たれる場合には、パワーステアリングを修正および選択的に妨げる、
工程を備えることによって特徴付けられる安定方法。 - 目標補助トルクが所定の補助範囲の第1の指定補助閾値トルク(21)を超える超過補助モードにおいて動作するための指定異常範囲(18)を備え、その補助閾値は推定されたラック力(17)に関連して定められ、目標補助トルクが第2の既定補助トルク閾値(22)未満となる補助不足モードにおいて動作するための指定異常範囲(19)を備え、その補助閾値は推定されたラック力(17)に関連して定められ、反補助モードにおいて動作するための指定異常範囲(24)を備え、予め定められた持続期間を通してのこれらの範囲における目標補助トルクの持続がパワーステアリング補助への修正動作を生じる、請求項1に係る補助トルク(15)を安定させるための方法。
- 予め定められた期間の間、目標補助トルクが第1の既定補助トルク(21)よりも大きく、超過補助トルクを示す場合、供給される補助が先ず限定され、その後に場合によっては望ましくない自動操舵現象を避けるために中断される、請求項2に係る補助トルク(15)を安定させるための方法。
- 目標補助トルクが予め定められた期間、第2の既定補助トルク(22)よりも小さく、補助不足を示す場合、供給される補助が補助不足現象を制限する最低保障型補助を得るように増加される、請求項2から3のうちいずれか1項に係る補助トルク(15)を安定させるための方法。
- 予め定められた期間、目標補助トルクが異常反補助動作範囲(24)に位置するとき、供給される補助が減らされ、その後に場合によっては中断される、請求項2から4のうちいずれか1項に係る補助トルク(15)を安定させるための方法。
- 上記予め定められた期間は可変であり、特に目標補助トルクと推定されたラック力(17)に関連して定められた補助閾値との差分の値の関数に従って減少する、請求項1から5のうちいずれか1項に係る補助トルク(15)を安定させるための方法。
