Claims (16)
- 高分子樹脂及び添加剤を含むベースコンパウンドと板状廃ガラスチップを含み、前記板状廃ガラスチップは0.6mm以下の厚さを有する廃ガラスが粉砕されたものであることを特徴とする人造大理石。
- 前記人造大理石は、前記ベースコンパウンド100重量部に対して前記板状廃ガラスチップ300〜600重量部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記板状廃ガラスチップは、LCDバックライトユニット用ガラス(LCD BLU Glass)が粉砕されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記板状廃ガラスチップは、20mm以下の大きさの平均粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記板状廃ガラスチップは、表面にパールパウダーが塗布されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記パールパウダーは、天然パール、合成パール、及びメタルパールのうち一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂及び不飽和ポリエステル樹脂からなる群より選ばれる一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記添加剤は、顔料、促進剤、重合開始剤及び架橋剤のうち一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記架橋剤は、分子内で共重合可能な二重結合を含み、バインダー主鎖内の2重結合と架橋結合するアクリル系多官能性単量体であって、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EDMA)、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(2EDMA)、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(3EDMA)、テトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(4EDMA)、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート(TMPMA)、1,6―ヘキサンジオールジメタクリレート及びポリブチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジメタクリレートのうち単独又は2種以上の混合物やスチレン系モノマーであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記人造大理石は、表面処理層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- (a)薄板廃ガラスを粉砕して板状廃ガラスチップを形成する段階;
(b)高分子樹脂及び添加剤を含むベースコンパウンドに前記板状廃ガラスチップを混合する段階;
(c)前記板状廃ガラスチップが混合された前記ベースコンパウンドをモールドに注入し、モールドの形状に対応する形状を成形する段階;及び
(d)前記(c)段階の前記ベースコンパウンドを前記モールドの形状通りに硬化させる段階;を含むことを特徴とする人造大理石の製造方法。 - 前記板状廃ガラスチップは、0.6mm以下の厚さ、20mm以下の平均粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の人造大理石の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階では、前記ベースコンパウンドに天然石粉、ガラスチップ及びミラーチップのうち一つ以上をさらに混合することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の人造大理石の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階は、
(b―1)前記薄板廃ガラスチップに天然パール、合成パール、及びメタルパールのうち一つ以上と添加剤を混合する段階;
(b―2)前記(b―1)段階の混合物に高分子樹脂を混合する段階;及び
(b―3)前記(b―2)段階の混合物に無機パウダーを混合する段階;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の人造大理石の製造方法。 - 前記(c)段階の前記成形は、真空圧縮プレス工程によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の人造大理石の製造方法。
- (e)前記人造大理石を表面処理する段階;をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の人造大理石の製造方法。
