Abstract
Description
細書に開示および請求する組成物および化合物をどのように用いるかに関する完全な開示および説明を通常の当業者に示す目的で提示するものである。数値(例えば量、温度など)に関して正確さを確保するように努力したが、いくらかの誤差および偏差を考慮すべきである。特に明記しない限り、部は重量部であり、温度を℃で表しそして圧力を気圧で表す。標準的温度および圧力は25℃および1気圧であると定義する。
本明細書で用いる如き用語「粘着防止剤」または「粘着防止添加剤」はスパンデックスフィラメント製造で用いられる添加剤または作用剤を指す。1つの態様における粘着防止剤はスパンデックスフィラメントが示す粘着性を低下させ得る。
本開示の態様では、粘着防止剤が繊維の中に組み込まれている弾性繊維、この繊維の製造方法、この繊維の使用方法、この繊維を含有する積層品、この繊維を含有する布、衣類、この繊維を含有する繊維製品などを提供する。本開示の態様では、パッケージまたは中心部からの繊維の送り出しが良好な弾性繊維を提供する。本開示の態様では、ヤーンの粘着性を低下させ、ヤーンの貯蔵期間を長くしそして/または紡糸性能を向上させる。本開示の態様では、弾性繊維の送り出しを滑らかでむらなくすることで、繊維の送り出しが不規則になる原因となる他の弾性繊維とは対照的に、繊維のピンチング(pinching
)、破断および/または他の損傷が低下し得る。

,8−オクタンジオール、1,9−ノナンジオール、1,10−デカンジオールおよび1,12−ドデカンジオールが含まれる。溶融温度が約5℃から50℃の二官能線状ポリエステルポリオールが具体的ポリエステルポリオールの例である。

Claims (11)
- 弾性繊維の使用方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1種のポリウレタン、ポリウレタン尿素またはこれらの混合物を含有する組成物を調製し、
(b)前記組成物に可溶粘着防止組成物を約0.1から25重量%添加し、そして
(c)前記組成物から繊維を紡糸工程で生じさせる、
ことを含んで成っていてヤーン紡糸破断が前記粘着防止組成物を含有しない繊維のそれに比べて約20%以上少ない方法。 - 前記可溶粘着防止組成物に酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロースおよびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択したセルロースエステルを含有させる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記紡糸工程が乾式紡糸工程である請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ヤーン紡糸破断が前記粘着防止組成物を含有しない繊維のそれに比べて約50%以上少ない請求項1記載の方法。
- 更に染色補助剤を前記組成物に添加することも含んで成る請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ヤーン紡糸破断が前記粘着防止組成物を含有しない繊維のそれに比べて約90%以上少ない請求項1記載の方法。
- 更に前記組成物にステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアリン酸エステル、シリコーン油、鉱油およびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択した少なくとも1種の添加剤を添加することも含んで成る請求項1記載の方法。
- ポリウレタンまたはポリウレタン尿素および可溶粘着防止組成物を約0.1から25重量%含有して成る弾性繊維を含有するヤーンパッケージであって、前記可溶粘着防止組成物を含有しないヤーンが示す中心部OETOTの約70%以下の中心部OETOTを示すヤーンパッケージ。
- 前記可溶粘着防止組成物が酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロースおよびこれらの混合物から成る群より選択されるセルロースエステルを含有する請求項8記載のヤーンパッケージ。
- 前記可溶粘着防止組成物を含有しないヤーンが示す中心OETOTの約55%以下の中心OETOTを示す請求項8記載のヤーンパッケージ。
- 前記可溶粘着防止組成物を含有しないヤーンが示す表面OETOTの約40%以下の中心OETOTを示す請求項8記載のヤーンパッケージ。
