Description
造方法などは変動しうるため開示されたものだけに限定されないことを理解すべきである。ここで使用される用語は特定の態様だけを記述する目的のためでありそして限定を意図しないことも理解すべきである。理論的に可能な場合には段階を異なる順序で実施できることもこの開示では可能である。
ここで使用される際には、用語「粘着防止剤」または「粘着防止添加剤」はスパンデックスフィラメント製造において使用される添加剤または剤をさす。ある態様では、粘着防止剤はスパンデックスフィラメントの粘着性を減じうる。
本発明の態様は繊維内に加えられる粘着防止剤を含有する弾性繊維、繊維の製造方法、この繊維の使用方法、繊維を含むラミネート、繊維を含む織物、衣服、繊維を含むテキスタイルなどを提供する。この開示の態様はパッケージまたは芯からの繊維の良好な送出を与える弾性繊維を提供する。本発明の態様は弾性繊維の円滑で且つ均一な送出を与え、繊維の不規則的な送出を起こす他の弾性繊維とは逆に、それは繊維のピンチング、破れ、および/または他の損傷を減少しうる。
。ある態様では、可溶性の粘着防止組成物はCABおよび/またはCAPを追加添加剤、例えばステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、およびそれらの混合物、と共に包含しうる。これらの組成物はポリウレタンまたはポリウレタンウレア重合体に繊維の紡糸前に加えられる。
.5重量%〜25重量%の酢酸酪酸セルロースを含んでなり、約35重量%〜57重量%のブチリル含有量または約50〜57重量%のブチリル含有量を有する。弾性繊維の態様はさらなる添加剤、例えばステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、またはそれらの混合物、を含有しうる。ある種の態様では、弾性繊維は紡糸仕上げ剤を含まない。本発明の弾性繊維は、最終的繊維の重量(すなわち、適用される時点の重量)の約0.5%〜7.0%の局部的に適用される鉱油もしくはシリコン油または鉱油もしくはシリコン油を含有する混合物を含む紡糸仕上げ剤を含みうる。
重合体を与えなくてはならない。所望するなら、二ラウリン酸ジブチル錫、オクタン酸第一錫、鉱酸類、第三級アミン類、例えばトリエチルアミン、N,N’−ジメチルピペラジンなど、および他の既知の触媒をキャッピング段階において使用して補助しうる。
適する一官能性ジアルキルアミン遮断剤の例はN,N−ジエチルアミン、N−エチル−N−プロピルアミン、N,N−ジイソプロピルアミン、N−tert−ブチル−N−メチルアミン、N−tert−ブチル−N−ベンジルアミン、N,N−ジシクロヘキシルアミン、N−エチル−N−イソプロピルアミン、N−tert−ブチル−N−イソプロピルアミン、N−イソプロピル−N−シクロヘキシルアミン、N−エチル−N−シクロヘキシルアミン、N,N−ジエタノールアミン、および2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジンを包含するが、それらに限定されない。

Claims (28)
- 弾性繊維であって、
ポリウレタン又はポリウレタンウレアと、及び
0.5重量%〜25重量%の可溶性粘着防止組成物とを備えてなり、
前記可溶性粘着防止組成物が、酪酸セルロース、酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される置換されたセルロースを含んでなる、弾性繊維。 - ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、及びこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の追加添加剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の弾性繊維。
- 前記置換されたセルロースが、前記弾性繊維に対して0.5重量%〜5.0重量%の量で存在してなる、請求項1又は2に記載の弾性繊維。
- 前記酢酸酪酸セルロースが、35重量%〜57重量%のブチリル含有量を含んでなり、又は
前記酢酸プロピオン酸セルロースが、40重量%〜50重量%のプロピオニル含有量を含んでなる、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。 - 前記酢酸酪酸セルロースが、50重量%〜57重量%のブチリル含有量を含んでなる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- 0.1重量%〜1重量%のシリコン油又は鉱油をさらに備えてなる、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- 前記シリコン油又は前記鉱油が、5センチストロークス〜150センチストロークスの粘度を有する、請求項6に記載の弾性繊維。
- 少なくとも1種の粒状粘着防止剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- 前記弾性繊維がスピン仕上げ剤を含まないものである、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- スピン仕上げ剤として、鉱油若しくはシリコン油、又は鉱油若しくはシリコン油を含有する配合物を、前記弾性繊維に対して、0.5重量%〜7.0重量%の量でさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- 弾性繊維であって、
ポリウレタン又はポリウレタンウレアと、及び
0.5重量%〜25重量%の酢酸酪酸セルロースと備えてなり、
前記酢酸酪酸セルロースが35重量%〜57重量%のブチリル含有量を含んでなる、弾性繊維。 - 前記酢酸酪酸セルロースが、50重量%〜57重量%のブチリル含有量を含んでなる、請求項11に記載の弾性繊維。
- ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項11又は12に記載の弾性繊維。
- スピン仕上げ剤を含まない、請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- スピン仕上げ剤として、鉱油若しくはシリコン油、又は鉱油若しくはシリコン油を含有する配合物を、前記弾性繊維に対して、0.5重量%〜7.0重量%の量でさらに含んでなる、請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載の弾性繊維。
- 弾性繊維の製造方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1種のポリウレタン、ポリウレタンウレア、又はそれらの混合物を含む組成物を製造し、
(b)組成物に0.5重量%〜25重量%の粘着防止組成物を加え、
(c)組成物にステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を加え、及び、
(d)湿潤紡糸、乾燥紡糸及び溶融紡糸よりなる群から選択される紡糸方法により繊維を組成物から製造することを含んでなり、
前記粘着防止組成物が、酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びそれらの混合物から選択される、弾性繊維の製造方法。 - 前記酢酸酪酸セルロースが、35重量%〜57重量%のブチリル含有量を含んでなる、請求項16に記載の製造方法。
- 前記酢酸酪酸セルロースが、50重量%〜90重量%のブチリル含有量を含んでなる、請求項16に記載の製造方法。
- 織物であって、
ポリウレタン又はポリウレタンウレアと、及び、
0.5重量%〜25重量%の可溶性粘着防止組成物を含んでなる弾性繊維を備えてなり、
前記可溶性粘着防止組成物が、酪酸セルロース、酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される置換されたセルロースを含んでなる、織物。 - ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の追加添加剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項19に記載の織物。
- 前記織物が、編み、織り、又は不織構造を包含するものである、請求項19又は20に記載の織物。
- 衣服を含んでなる、請求項19〜21の何れか一項に記載の織物。
- ラミネートであって、
ポリウレタン又はポリウレタンウレアと、及び、
0.5重量%〜25重量%の可溶性粘着防止組成物を備えた弾性繊維を備えてなるものであり、
前記弾性繊維が、織物、不織布、フィルム、及びそれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択される基質の1つ若しくはそれ以上の層に付着されてなる、ラミネート。 - 前記可溶性粘着防止組成物が、酪酸セルロース、酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される置換されたセルロースを含んでなる、請求項23に記載のラミネート。
- ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機ステアレート類、シリコン油、鉱油、及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の追加添加剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項23又は24に記載のラミネート。
- 前記ラミネートが、接着剤、超音波結合、熱結合、又はそれらの組み合わせにより付着されてなる、請求項23〜25の何れか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 使い捨て衛生用品を含んでなる、請求項23〜26の何れか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記使い捨て衛生用品が、オムツ、トレーニングパンツ、大人用失禁用品及び女性用衛生用品よりなる群から選択される、請求項27に記載のラミネート。
