发明背景
氨纶已知与常规的无弹性纤维相比显示出提高的粘性。因其提高的粘性,氨纶长丝可以互相粘连或粘接到各种表面上。在其中氨纶长丝环绕卷芯卷绕的包装中,高粘性变得尤其有问题。纤维的紧密接近加上在纤维上施加的压力(尤其是在卷芯附近)会导致相邻的长丝个体彼此粘结,因所述纤维在不被破坏的情况下难以从卷绕包装中取出,使得受影响的长丝无法使用。无法使用的长丝通常出现在卷芯处,称为“卷芯废料”。在包装后,取决于时间和温度,长丝粘性在储存过程中可以提高。储存时间越长,温度越高,等同于与新纺成和包装的氨纶相比粘性被提高且卷芯废料越多。因此,降低氨纶粘性会减少卷芯废料,提高成本效率。
发明内容
简而言之,本公开的实施方案包括含有掺入所述纤维中的防粘剂的弹性纤维、制备所述纤维的方法、使用这种纤维的方法、包括所述纤维的层压材料、包括所述纤维的织物、包括所述纤维的衣物、纺织品等等。
一种示例性的弹性纤维尤其包括:聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲以及大约0.5重量%至25重量%的可溶性防粘组合物。在一种实施方案中,所述可溶性防粘组合物包括丁酸纤维素、选自醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丙酸纤维素及其混合物的乙酰纤维素。在一种实施方案中,所述弹性纤维进一步包含至少一种附加添加剂,其选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物。此外,本公开的一种实施方案包括含有本文中所述的弹性纤维的织物。此外,本公开的一种实施方案包括含有本文中所述的弹性纤维的层压材料。此外,本公开的一种实施方案包括含有如本文中所述的弹性纤维的衣物。
制备弹性纤维的一种示例性方法尤其包括:
(a)制备包括至少一种聚氨酯、聚氨酯脲或其混合物的组合物;(b)向所述组合物中添加约0.5重量%至25重量%的防粘组合物;(c)向所述组合物中添加至少一种添加剂,所述添加剂选自:硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物;和(d)通过选自湿纺、干纺和熔纺的纺纱法由所述组合物制备纤维。

定义

在一种实施方案中,本公开的弹性纤维包含聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲和取代纤维素,以及一种或多种添加剂。乙酰纤维素可以包括但不限于醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丙酸纤维素及其混合物。在一种实施方案中,乙酰纤维素可以是乙酸纤维素。合适的添加剂包括但不限于硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、矿物油、硅油及其混合物。在其它实施方案中,所述弹性纤维可以包括或可以不包括纺纱整理剂(spinfinish)。在某些实施方案中,除本文中所记录化合物(例如乙酰纤维素或其它取代纤维素)之外,所述弹性纤维或所述防粘组合物还可包括至少一种附加的微粒防粘剂。
在一种实施方案中,本公开的弹性纤维包括例如占所述纤维重量的约0.1%至1.0%、约0.1%至5%、约0.1%至10.0%、约0.1%至15.0%、约0.1%至20%、约0.1%至25%、约0.1%至50.0%、约0.5%至约5.0%和约1.0%至5.0%的取代纤维素。
在一种实施方案中,本公开的乙酰纤维素是或包括醋酸丁酸纤维素。所述醋酸丁酸纤维素可含有例如约5重量%至90重量%、约20重量%至30重量%、约30重量%至40重量%、约40重量%至50重量%、约50重量%至60重量%、约60重量%至70重量%、约70重量%至80重量%或约80重量%至90重量%的丁酰基含量。或者,所述组合物可以是其中丁酰基含量最高为并包括约100%(其将为丁酸纤维素)的丁酸纤维素。
在一种实施方案中,本公开的乙酰纤维素是醋酸丙酸纤维素。在一种实施方案中,所述醋酸丙酸纤维素可含有例如约5重量%至90重量%、约20重量%至30重量%、约30重量%至40重量%、约40重量%至50重量%、约50重量%至60重量%、约60重量%至70重量%、约70重量%至80重量%或约80重量%至90重量%的丙酰基含量。

在一种实施方案中,所述硅油或矿物油的粘度例如为约1厘沲至200厘沲、约5厘沲至150厘沲、约10厘沲至100厘沲或约20厘沲至50厘沲。
在一种实施方案中,本公开的弹性纤维包含聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲和约0.5重量%至25重量%的具有约35重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量,或约50重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量的醋酸丁酸纤维素。所述弹性纤维的实施方案可含有其它添加剂,如硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物。在某些实施方案中,所述弹性纤维不包含纺纱整理剂。本公开的弹性纤维可包括纺纱整理剂,其包含占最终纤维重量(即一旦涂施后的重量)的约0.5%至7.0%的局部涂施的矿物油或硅油或含有矿物油或硅油的混合物。

在一种实施方案中,用于产生本公开的弹性纤维的聚合物通常通过以下方法制备:用例如二异氰酸酯(diisocyanate)封端大分子二元醇,随后将所得封端的二元醇溶解在合适溶剂(例如,二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺等等)中,并用增链剂(如二醇)使所述封端二元醇增链以形成聚氨酯,或用二胺以形成聚氨酯脲。可用于制备纤维或长链合成聚合物的聚氨酯脲组合物包括至少85重量%的嵌段聚氨酯。通常,这些包括与二异氰酸酯反应以形成NCO-封端的预聚物(“封端二元醇”)的聚合二元醇,其随后溶解在合适溶剂,例如二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺或N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,并随即与双官能增链剂反应。
当增链剂是二醇时,在第二步骤中形成聚氨酯(并且可以在没有溶剂的情况下制备)。当增链剂是二胺时,形成聚氨酯脲——聚氨酯的子类。在制备可以纺成氨纶的聚氨酯脲聚合物时,通过羟基端基与二异氰酸酯和一种或多种二胺的相继反应将所述二元醇增链。在每种情况下,所述二元醇可进行增链以提供具有包括粘度的必要性质的聚合物。如果需要的话,二月桂酸二丁锡、辛酸亚锡、无机酸、叔胺(例如三乙胺)、N,N’-二甲基哌嗪等和其它已知催化剂可用于参与所述封端步骤。
在一种实施方案中,合适的聚合二元醇成分包括但不限于数均分子量为约600至3,500的聚醚二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇和聚酯二醇。可以包括两种或多种聚合二元醇的混合物或共聚物。

当需要聚氨酯时,所述增链剂是二醇。可用的此类二醇的实例包括但不限于乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2,4-三甲基-1,5-戊二醇、2-甲基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、1,4-双(羟基乙氧基)苯和1,4-丁二醇、己二醇及其混合物。

在一种实施方案中,在合成本公开的聚合物溶液后,向所述溶液中掺入防粘添加剂。可以将具有分散在其中的防粘添加剂的所述溶液干纺以形成本公开的弹性纤维。干纺是指迫使聚合物溶液通过喷丝板细孔进入通风管道(shaft)以形成长丝的方法。加热的惰性气体通过该室,当长丝通过该通风管道时从该长丝中蒸发溶剂。所得弹性纤维随后卷绕在圆柱形卷芯上形成氨纶供应包装。也可使用湿纺纱法,以及流延和干燥该聚合物溶液。
在一种实施方案中,本公开的弹性纤维可含有为特定目的添加的附加常规添加剂,如抗氧化剂、热稳定剂、UV稳定剂、颜料和消光剂(例如二氧化钛)、染料和染料增强剂、润滑剂(例如硅油)、提高对氯降解耐受性的添加剂(例如氧化锌;氧化镁,以及碳酸钙镁石与水菱镁矿的混合物)等等,只要此类添加剂不会对本公开的氨纶弹性体或防粘添加剂产生对抗效应。某些常规添加剂,如二氧化钛,对越端放线张力(over-endtake-offtension)(OETOT)——用于判断所述弹性纤维粘性的参数(如下文实施例中所述那样)的测量表现出小的影响,但是它们对OETOT测量均没有显著影响,这些常规添加剂不能以使得降低粘性的量添加到所述氨纶中。
本公开的实施方案包括包含本公开的弹性纤维的制品。这些制品包括但不限于织物和层压材料结构件。
在一种实施方案中,本公开提供包含弹性纤维的织物,所述弹性纤维含有聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲和约0.5%至25重量%的醋酸丁酸纤维素。可以包括附加添加剂,如硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物。
在一种实施方案中,所述层压材料结构件包含本公开的弹性纤维,其具有聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲、约0.5%至25重量%的醋酸丁酸纤维素和至少一种附加添加剂,如硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物。在某些实施方案中,所述纤维粘结到一个或多个基底层上,所述基底如织物、无纺布、薄膜及其组合。所述层压材料结构件可以通过粘合剂、超声粘接、热粘接或其组合来粘结。所述层压材料结构件可以包含一次性卫生制品,如尿布、训练裤、成人失禁用品或女性卫生制品。
实施例
已经描述了本公开的实施方案,通常,下面的实施例描述本公开的一些附加的实施方案。虽然描述了与下列实施例和相应文本与附图相关的本公开的实施方案,并无意图将本公开的实施方案限于该描述。相反,旨在覆盖包括在本公开的实施方案的精神与范围内的所有备选、改良和等价方案。
实施例1
如美国专利US4,296,174,第4栏,第20-45行中所述那样测定越端放线张力(OETOT),其内容经此引用并入本文。测量以45.7米/分钟的输送速率从该纱线的管状供应包装中取出183米长度的氨纶纱线样品所需的平均拉伸载荷。在下面的实施例中,在包装的表面、中心和卷芯处进行测量。例如,在取出几克纤维以建立预期缠绕线型后进行测量,即“表面”;在取出包装的大概一半后进行测量,即“中心”;在已经从包装中取出所有但大致125克纤维后进行测量,即“卷芯”。在57℃下烘箱内老化16小时后24小时,以克为单位报道OETOT,以便模拟储存大约6个月的条件。
按照下列合成方法制备具有防粘添加剂的弹性纤维。醋酸丁酸纤维素在干纺纱机上在不具有整理剂的情况下纺成为约40旦尼尔(44分特)的聚氨酯脲纤维。如下表1中和图1中OETOT所量化的那样,所述添加剂显著降低了纱线粘性。

以1.63的摩尔比用MDI封端1800分子量的聚四亚甲基醚二醇,由此制造该实施例中使用的聚合物。所得封端二醇在DMAc溶剂中用乙二胺和2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺(90/10摩尔比)的混合物增链并用二乙胺封端。除了所述取代纤维素防粘剂之外,所述聚合物还含有:1.4重量%的可获自Ciba的Irgonox抗氧化剂,0.5重量%的可获自E.I.DuPontdeNemours的Methacrol2462B紫外稳定剂,3.9%的Ultracarb,可获自MicrofineMinerals,Ltd.的碳酸钙镁石(huntitte)/水菱镁矿矿物混合物,0.6重量%的由96%聚二甲基硅氧烷和4重量%聚二戊基硅氧烷组成的硅油,和0.3重量%的可获自E.I.DupontdeNemours,Inc的二氧化钛消光剂。
实施例2
图2和3中的曲线图显示了在未局部涂施整理剂的情况下以不同浓度添加醋酸丁酸纤维素或乙酸纤维素的纺成490和610旦尼尔(540和680分特)纤维的可能的OETOT的对照。由单独包装测量每条线/曲线。包装外部是更重的重量(~3000克)。当纱线消耗时,饼重降低。在不同包装重量下测量越端放线张力。较轻的重量较接近包装的卷芯。由与实施例1中所用相同的聚合物制造该实施例中的纤维。
实施例3
图4描述了存在整理剂的40旦尼尔(44分特)纤维按重量计不同浓度醋酸丁酸纤维素的OETOT曲线。甚至在整理剂的存在下,随着向纱线中加入醋酸丁酸纤维素,所述OETOT降低。该实施例使用与实施例1中所用相同的聚合物。局部涂施的整理剂以按重量计约4和6%的量添加到所述纱线中,并由在聚二甲基硅氧烷硅油中的6重量%的硬脂酸镁的分散液组成。
实施例4
图5描述了对存在整理剂的纤维,OETOT与时间之间的关系。实施例中的纤维为40旦尼尔(44分特),并由具有下述组成的聚合物制成。以1.63的封端比用MDI封端1800分子量的聚四亚甲基醚二醇,由此制造该实施例中使用的聚合物。所得封端二醇在DMAc溶剂中用乙二胺和2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺(90/10摩尔比)的混合物增链并用二乙胺封端。除了所述取代纤维素防粘剂之外,所述聚合物还含有:1.0重量%的可获自Ciba,Inc.的Irgonox245抗氧化剂,0.35重量%的可获自E.I.DuPontdeNemours的Methacrol2462B紫外稳定剂,和0.4重量%的由96%聚二甲基硅氧烷和4重量%聚二戊基硅氧烷组成的硅油。该实施例中使用的整理剂是与实施例3中相同的组合物,并以相同速率涂施。
应指出的是,比率、浓度、量和其它数据在本文中可以以范围的形式表示。要理解的是,为方便和简洁起见使用此类范围形式,由此,此类范围形式应以灵活的方式解释为不但包括如该范围的限值所明确提到的数值,而且包括在该范围内所包含的所有单个数值和子范围,如同每个数值和子范围被明确列举一样。为了阐述,“约0.1%至约5%”的浓度范围应解释为不仅包括大约0.1重量%至约5重量%的明确列举的浓度,也包括在所述范围内的单个浓度(例如,1%、2%、3%和4%)和子范围(例如,0.5%、1.1%、2.2%、3.3%和4.4%)。术语“约”可以包括被修饰的数值的±1%、±2%、±3%、±4%、±5%、±8%或±10%。此外,习语“约‘x’至‘y’”包括“约‘x’至约‘y’”。
可以对上述实施方案做任何改变和改善。所有此类改善和改变在本文中旨在被包括在本公开的范围内并受下列权利要求保护。

Claims (27)

1.取代纤维素用于降低弹性纤维粘性的用途,所述弹性纤维包含聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲和0.5重量%至25重量%的可溶性防粘组合物,其中所述可溶性防粘组合物包括选自丁酸纤维素、醋酸丁酸纤维素、醋酸丙酸纤维素及其混合物的所述取代纤维素。
2.权利要求1的用途,其中所述弹性纤维进一步包含至少一种选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物的附加的添加剂。
3.权利要求1的用途,其中所述取代纤维素以所述纤维的0.5重量%至5.0重量%的量存在。
4.权利要求1的用途,其中所述醋酸丁酸纤维素包括35重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量,或所述醋酸丙酸纤维素包括40重量%至50重量%的丙酰基含量。
5.权利要求1的用途,其中所述醋酸丁酸纤维素包括50重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量。
6.权利要求1的用途,其中所述纤维包括0.1%至1%的硅油或矿物油。
7.权利要求6的用途,其中所述硅油或矿物油具有5厘沲至150厘沲的粘度。
8.权利要求1的用途,其中所述弹性纤维进一步包含至少一种微粒防粘剂。
9.权利要求1的用途,其中所述纤维不包含纺纱整理剂。
10.权利要求1的用途,其中所述弹性纤维进一步以一旦涂施后占最终纤维的0.5重量%至7.0重量%的量包含局部涂施的矿物油或硅油、或含有矿物油或硅油的共混物作为纺纱整理剂。
11.醋酸丁酸纤维素用于降低弹性纤维粘性的用途,所述弹性纤维包含聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲和0.5至25重量%的醋酸丁酸纤维素,其中所述醋酸丁酸纤维素包括35重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量。
12.权利要求11的用途,其中所述醋酸丁酸纤维素包括50重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量。
13.权利要求11的用途,其中所述弹性纤维进一步包含至少一种选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物的添加剂。
14.权利要求11的用途,其中所述纤维不包含纺纱整理剂。
15.权利要求11的用途,其中所述弹性纤维进一步以一旦涂施后占最终纤维的0.5重量%至7.0重量%的量包含局部涂施的矿物油或硅油、或含有矿物油或硅油的共混物作为纺纱整理剂。
16.权利要求1的用途,其中所述弹性纤维通过包括以下的方法制备:
(a)制备包括至少一种聚氨酯、聚氨酯脲或其混合物的组合物;
(b)向所述组合物中添加0.5重量%至25重量%的所述防粘组合物;
(c)向所述组合物中添加至少一种添加剂,所述添加剂选自:硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物;和
(d)通过选自湿纺、干纺和熔纺的纺纱法由所述组合物制备纤维。
17.权利要求16的用途,其中所述醋酸丁酸纤维素包括35重量%至57重量%的丁酰基含量。
18.权利要求16的用途,其中所述醋酸丁酸纤维素包括50重量%至90重量%的丁酰基含量。
19.权利要求1的用途,其中所述弹性纤维用于制备织物。
20.权利要求19的用途,其中所述织物进一步包含至少一种选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物的附加的添加剂。
21.权利要求19-20任一项的用途,其中所述织物包括编织、纺织和无纺结构。
22.权利要求19-20任一项的用途,其中所述织物包括衣物。
23.权利要求1的用途,其中所述弹性纤维用于制备层压材料结构件,且所述纤维粘结到一个或多个基底层上,所述基底选自织物、无纺布、薄膜及其组合。
24.权利要求23的用途,其中所述层压材料进一步包含至少一种选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、有机硬脂酸盐、硅油、矿物油及其混合物的附加的添加剂。
25.权利要求23-24任一项的用途,其中所述层压材料通过粘合剂、超声粘接、热粘接或其组合来粘结。
26.权利要求23-24任一项的用途,其中所述层压材料包括一次性卫生制品。
27.权利要求26的用途,其中所述一次性卫生制品选自尿布、训练裤、成人失禁用品或女性卫生制品。
