Description
Claims (13)
- 過電圧保護回路であって、
第2の信号に変換するため交流信号を受信するように構成される第1の端子、
前記第2の信号を受信するように構成される第2の端子、
前記第1の端子に結合されるキャパシタ、
前記キャパシタ及び前記第1の端子と協働するスイッチであって、前記第2の信号上の過電圧を低減するために、過電圧検出信号に基づいて前記キャパシタを前記第1の端子に選択的に電気的に結合するように構成される前記スイッチ、及び、
前記第2の端子及び前記スイッチと協働する過電圧検出器であって、前記第2の信号の信号レベルを判定するように構成され、更に、前記第2の信号の前記信号レベルがしきい値より高い旨の判定に応答して、前記スイッチが前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間で前記キャパシタを電気的に結合するようにさせるように、前記過電圧検出信号を出力するように構成される、前記過電圧検出器、
を含む、過電圧保護回路。 - 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記過電圧検出器が、前記第2の信号を前記しきい値と比較するように、及び、前記第2の信号が前記しきい値より大きいとき前記過電圧検出信号を生成するように構成されるコンパレータを含む、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記過電圧検出器が、プルダウンレジスタと、前記しきい値にほぼ等しい降伏電圧を有する降伏ダイオードとを含み、前記降伏ダイオードが、前記第2の信号上の電圧が前記降伏電圧を超えるとき前記過電圧検出信号を出力するように構成される、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記第1及び第2の端子、前記キャパシタ、及び前記スイッチと結合され、前記第2の信号を生成するように構成される整流器回路をさらに含む、回路。
- 請求項4に記載の回路であって、前記キャパシタが第1及び第2のキャパシタを含み、前記スイッチが前記第1の端子と基準との間で前記第1のキャパシタを選択的に結合する、回路。
- 請求項5に記載の回路であって、第3の端子上の第2の電気的信号レベルが第2のしきい値より低いとき、前記過電圧検出信号に基づいて前記第3の端子と前記基準との間で前記第2のキャパシタを選択的に結合するように構成される第2のスイッチをさらに含む、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記過電圧検出信号を受信するように、及び、前記スイッチに前記キャパシタを前記第1の端子に電気的に結合させるためにクランプ信号を選択的に出力するように構成されるスイッチドライバをさらに含む、回路。
- 請求項7に記載の回路であって、前記スイッチドライバが、前記過電圧検出信号を前記しきい値と比較し、更に前記比較に基づいて前記クランプ信号を出力するように構成されるコンパレータ、及び、前記交流信号が第2のしきい値より低いとき、前記クランプ信号を前記スイッチに出力するように構成されるラッチを含む、回路。
- 請求項8に記載の回路であって、前記スイッチドライバが、前記交流信号を前記第2のしきい値と比較するように構成される第2のコンパレータを含む、回路。
- 請求項7に記載の回路であって、前記スイッチドライバが、前記交流信号がほぼニュートラル信号レベルにあるとき前記クランプ信号を出力する、回路。
- 請求項1に記載の回路であって、前記整流信号を平滑化するように構成される整流器キャパシタをさらに含む、回路。
- 過電圧をクランプするための方法であって、
第1の電源端子で交流信号を受信すること、
整流信号を生成するために、前記交流信号を整流すること、
前記整流された信号をしきい値信号レベルと比較すること、及び
前記整流された信号が前記しきい値信号レベルより高いとき、キャパシタを前記第1の電源端子に結合すること、
を含む、方法。 - 過電圧保護を有する誘導性電力伝達システムであって、
第1及び第2の端子を有する受信コイルであって、送信コイルの電圧、電流、及び周波数に基づいて、前記第1及び第2の端子上に交流信号を生成するように構成される、前記受信コイル、
前記交流信号を整流するように、及び整流された信号を出力するように構成される整流器、および
過電圧保護回路、
を含み、
前記過電圧保護回路が、
第1のクランプキャパシタ及び第2のクランプキャパシタと、
第1のクランプ信号に基づいて前記整流信号の過電圧を低減するために、前記第1の端子と基準との間で前記第1のクランプキャパシタを選択的に電気的に結合するように構成される第1のスイッチと、
第2のクランプ信号に基づいて前記過電圧を低減するために、前記第2の端子と前記基準との間で前記第2のクランプキャパシタを選択的に電気的に結合するように構成される第2のスイッチと、
前記整流された信号の信号レベルを判定するように構成される過電圧検出器であって、前記整流された信号の前記信号レベルが第1のしきい値より高い旨の判定に応答して、前記過電圧検出信号を出力するように構成される、前記過電圧検出器と、
前記過電圧検出信号を受信するように構成される第1のスイッチドライバであって、前記第1の端子での第1の電力信号が第2のしきい値より低いとき、前記第1のスイッチに前記第1の端子を前記基準に選択的に電気的に結合させるために前記第1のクランプ信号を出力するように構成される、前記第1のスイッチドライバと、
前記過電圧検出信号を受信するように構成される第2のスイッチドライバであって、前記第2の端子での第2の電力信号が前記第2のしきい値より低いとき、前記第2のスイッチに前記第2の端子を前記基準に選択的に電気的に結合させるために前記第2のクランプ信号を出力するように構成される、前記第2のスイッチドライバと、
を含む、誘導性電力伝達システム。
