Claims (15)
- 固形物を含有する流体媒体を搬送するロータリローブポンプ(100)であって、
搬送される媒体用の入口開口(111)および出口開口(112)と、
ポンプケーシング(140)内に配置され、かつ互いに係合するロータリローブベーンを有する2つのロータリローブ(121、122)を備え、上記2つのロータリローブは、各シャフト(131)にトルク耐性を有するように固定されて、上記各シャフトによって駆動することができ、上記2つのシャフトは、ギアボックスケーシング(152)内に配置された伝動ギアによって互いに連結され、
上記入口開口および上記出口開口は、接続ケーシング(151)に配置されていることを特徴とするロータリローブポンプ(100)。 - 上記ギアボックスケーシング(152)および上記接続ケーシング(151)は、伝動ユニット(150)として統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記ポンプケーシング(140)と上記伝動ユニット(150)は、互いに取り外し可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記2つのロータリローブ(121、122)は、上記各シャフト(131)に取り外し可能に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記ポンプケーシング(140)と上記伝動ユニット(150)の間に配置され、かつ好ましくは上記伝動ユニットに取り外し可能に固定された摩耗プレート(160)を備えことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記ロータリローブポンプは、1つだけの摩耗プレート(160)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記ポンプケーシング(140)は、上記2つのシャフト(131)用の軸受を有しないことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記ポンプケーシング(140)は、一体構造であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記入口開口(111)は第1流路(113)を経由して、上記出口開口(112)は第2流路(114)を経由して、上記ポンプケーシングの内側に形成されたポンプチャンバ(141)に接続され、上記第1流路および上記第2流路のうちのそれぞれの少なくとも一部は、上記シャフト(131)と平行で実質的に軸方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記入口開口(111)および上記出口開口(112)は、上記ロータリローブポンプの動作中に、上記接続ケーシング(151)の上半分に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記入口開口(111)および上記出口開口(112)は、上記ロータリローブポンプの動作中に、上記入口開口を包含する平面に直角な第1軸、および、上記出口開口を包含する平面に直角な第2軸が、それぞれ垂直から45度の角度で傾くように、上記接続ケーシング(151)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記入口開口に取り付けられかつ入口フランジ(117)を含む入口接続部材(115)、および、上記出口開口(112)に取り付けられかつ出口フランジ(118)を含む出口接続部材(116)を備え、上記入口接続部材および上記出口接続部材は、上記ロータリローブポンプの動作中に、上記入口フランジおよび/または上記出口フランジが第1固定位置に水平に配置されるように、および/または、上記入口フランジおよび/または上記出口フランジが第2固定位置に直角に配置されるように設計され、上記接続ケーシング(151)に取り付けることができることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 上記接続ケーシング(151)は、搬送される媒体を排出できる少なくとも1つの開閉自在な排出孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプ(100)。
- 異なる大きさおよび/または異なる容量からなるロータリローブポンプ(100)を提供するロータリローブポンプ用組み立てキットであって、請求項1から13のいずれか1つに記載のロータリローブポンプを含むロータリローブポンプ用組み立てキットにおいて、さらに、互いに係合するロータリローブベーンを有する異なる大きさの少なくとも2つの追加のロータリローブを備え、上記2つのシャフト(131)および上記異なる大きさの少なくとも2つの追加のロータリローブは、上記異なる大きさの少なくとも2つの追加のロータリローブが、上記2つのシャフトのうちの各1つに着脱自在であるように設計されていることを特徴とするロータリローブポンプ用組み立てキット。
- 異なる大きさの少なくとも1つの追加のポンプケーシングを備え、上記伝動ユニット(150)および上記異なる大きさの少なくとも1つの追加のポンプケーシングは、上記異なる大きさの少なくとも1つの追加のポンプケーシングが上記伝動ユニットに着脱自在であるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のロータリローブポンプ用組み立てキット。
