Abstract

901,266. Gear pumps. BEDOUET, C. April 14, 1961 [April 28, 1960], No. 13583/61. Class 110 (2). A gear pump for pulverulent material comprises two intermeshing pinions, 7, 8, of resilient material and mounted on two parallel spindles, a pump body with a passage between inlet 1, 2 and outlet passages 4, and a resiliently extensible diaphragm 28 constituting, at least partially, the wall of each of the inlet and outlet chambers of the pump. Each pinion comprises a metallic hub sleeve 11, radial plates 12 and a covering 13 of resilient material.
