Abstract
【解決手段】 前記課題は、本発明にしたがい、イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウム表面上のベニアリングセラミックにおいて、以下の成分、a) SiO2 55.0-72.5重量%、b) Nb2O5 6.0-19.8重量%、c) B2O3 1.0-9.0重量%、d) Al2O3 1.2-6.0重量%、e) Li2O 5.0-16.5重量%、f) Na2O 1.4-11.0重量%、及び、g) ZrO2 0.5-4.0重量%で製造され、且つ、その表面の結晶化中に薄いガラス層が設けられる、ベニアリングセラミックによって解決される。

a)SiO2 55.0−72.5重量(質量)%
b)Nb2O5 6.0−19.8重量%
c)B2O3 1.0−9.0重量%
d)Al2O3 1.2−6.0重量%
e)Li2O 5.0−16.5重量%
f)Na2O 1.4−11.0重量%
g)ZrO2 0.5−4.0重量%
で作られており、且つ、結晶化中に形成された薄いガラス層を備えたベニアリングセラミックの表面上に備えられる。
Claims (9)
- イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含む歯科修復材用ベニアリングセラミックにおいて、以下の成分a)〜g)、つまり、
a) SiO2 55.0−72.5重量パーセント
b) Nb2O5 6.0−19.8重量パーセント
c) B2O3 1.0−9.0重量パーセント
d) Al2O3 1.2−6.0重量パーセント
e) Li2O 5.0−16.5重量パーセント
f) Na2O 1.4−11.0重量パーセント
g) ZrO2 0.5−4.0重量パーセント
を含有することを特徴とする、ベニアリングセラミック。 - イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含む歯科修復材用ベニアリングセラミックにおいて、以下の成分a)〜f)、つまり、
a) SiO2 58.0−68.0重量パーセント
b) Nb2O5 10.0−19.8重量パーセント
c) Al2O3 1.2−6.0重量パーセント
d) Li2O 8.0−16.5重量パーセント
e) Na2O 1.4−8.0重量パーセント
f) ZrO2 0.5−4.0重量パーセント
を含有することを特徴とする、ベニアリングセラミック。 - TiO2、La2O3、MgO、CaO、ZnO、BaO、P2O5、及び/又は、フッ化物の成分のうち、少なくとも一つをさらに含有し、当該全ての添加成分の合計濃度が、多くても4.0重量パーセントまでの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のベニアリングセラミック。
- 染料と、以下の元素、つまり、Fe、Sn、Ce、Mn、V、Cr、Pr、Tb、Nd、Sm、In、Eu、Dyの酸化物又はフッ化物とが、個々に、又は、染色性又は蛍光発光性添加物として組み合わせて含有されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のベニアリングセラミック。
- イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含む歯科修復材を、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のベニアリングセラミックでベニアリングする方法において、以下の工程a)〜f)、つまり、
a) 1400℃において溶融したガラスを水中でフリットにする工程と、
b) 前記フリットにしたガラスを、490℃から590℃の温度で、且つ、2〜6時間のあいだ、焼き戻して核生成する工程と、
c) 冷却後、前記焼き戻したガラスを、0.3μm〜30μmの粒子サイズに機械で粉砕する工程と、
d) 前記前処理したパウダーをペースト又は泥漿に加工して、前記歯科修復材に装着する工程と、
e)850℃から910℃の範囲で熱処理を実行して、二ケイ酸リチウムを結晶化する工程と、
f)結晶化の制御により、酸化ニオブに富む相が二ケイ酸リチウムに隣接して濃縮されて表面へのガラス薄層の助長をし、その結果別の光沢焼成が不要となる、工程とによって特徴づけられる、方法。 - ベニアリングセラミックの半透明性又は透明性を増すために、前記工程f)の後にレーザーによって二ケイ酸リチウム結晶相を局所的に溶融することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- イットリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムを含む歯科修復材を、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のベニアリングセラミックでベニアリングする方法において、以下の工程a)〜e)、つまり、
a) 1400℃で溶融したガラスを水中でフリットにする工程と、
b) 前記フリットにしたガラスを、490℃から590℃の温度で、且つ、2〜6時間のあいだ、焼き戻して核生成する工程と、
c) 冷却後、前記焼き戻したガラスを、0.3μm〜30μmの粒子サイズに機械で粉砕する工程と、
d) 前記前処理したパウダーをペースト又は泥漿に加工して、前記歯科修復材に装着する工程と、
e) 911℃から940℃の範囲で熱処理を実行し、レーザーによって二ケイ酸リチウム結晶相を誘発する工程と、によって特徴づけられる、方法。 - 前処理したパウダーを、水及び/又は有機試薬の添加によってペースト又は泥漿に加工することを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記泥漿が、噴霧によって装着されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
