Abstract
本発明の実施例によるシリンダーに燃料を噴射するディーゼル機関又はガスエンジン用燃料噴射バルブは、高圧パイプを通して同一燃料系列又は異なる燃料系列の1次燃料及び2次燃料が注入される流路が内部に形成された燃料バルブブロックと、前記燃料バルブブロックに形成された流路を通して注入された2次燃料の圧力差に応じて上昇し、パイロットノズルホールを通して1次燃料を噴射するシリンダー型ニードルバルブと、前記シリンダー型ニードルバルブを加圧して1次燃料を噴射した後、連結されている流路を通して流入した2次燃料の圧力差により上昇して1次燃料をメインノズルホールから噴射するメインニードルバルブと、を含む。
Description
本発明の他の特徴によるディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジン用二重燃料噴射バルブは、
前記シリンダー型ニードルバルブは、上部に形成され、溝が加工された加圧用ピストンヘッド部と、下部が前記加圧用ピストンヘッド部に挿入され、一箇所に燃料加圧用ホールが形成され、1次燃料ピストンバネによって弾性支持される1次燃料加圧ピストンと、残圧維持バルブ及び燃料主通路パイプと流路によって連結され、2次燃料の圧力を受けて前記1次燃料加圧ピストンの上部を加圧する圧力ピストンと、1次燃料を噴射するように加圧された圧力ピストンを復帰するために、その上部と流路が連結された残圧維持バルブと、を含む。

Claims (4)
- シリンダーに燃料を噴射するディーゼル機関又はガスエンジン用燃料噴射バルブにおいて、
高圧パイプを通して同一燃料系列又は異なる燃料系列の1次燃料及び2次燃料が注入される流路が内部に形成された燃料バルブブロックと、
前記燃料バルブブロックに形成された流路を通して注入された2次燃料の圧力差に応じて上昇し、パイロットノズルホールを通して1次燃料を噴射するシリンダー型ニードルバルブと、
前記シリンダー型ニードルバルブを加圧して1次燃料を噴射した後、連結されている流路を通して流入した2次燃料の圧力差により上昇して1次燃料をメインノズルホールから噴射するメインニードルバルブと、を含む
ことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジン用二重燃料噴射バルブ。 - 前記シリンダー型ニードルバルブは、
上部に形成され、溝が加工された加圧用ピストンヘッド部と、
下部が前記加圧用ピストンヘッド部に挿入され、一箇所に燃料加圧用ホールが形成され、1次燃料ピストンバネによって弾性支持される1次燃料加圧ピストンと、
残圧維持バルブ及び燃料主通路パイプと流路によって連結され、2次燃料の圧力を受けて前記1次燃料加圧ピストンの上部を加圧する圧力ピストンと、
1次燃料を噴射するように加圧された圧力ピストンを復帰するために、その上部と流路が連結された残圧維持バルブと、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジン用二重燃料噴射バルブ。 - 前記1次燃料シリンダー型ニードルバルブが閉じられると、1次燃料は、圧力が低下し、メインニードルバルブの下部に位置した2次燃料の冷却領域であるAチャンバー領域を経由して、1次燃料排出口を通して外部に排出される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジン用二重燃料噴射バルブ。 - 前記メインニードルバルブの周りには、ブッシュが設けられ、
前記ブッシュは、パイロット燃料である1次燃料とBチャンバーに流入したメイン燃料との2次燃料が混ざることを防止し、メインノズルホールの高温をAチャンバー領域で熱交換しながら冷却させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジン用二重燃料噴射バルブ。
