Description
Claims (9)
- 大型で低速のターボチャージ付き2行程圧縮点火式内燃機関の燃焼室内へ気体燃料を噴射する燃料弁(50)であって、
後端および前端を有する細長い弁ハウジング(52)と、
基部(51)から閉じた先端部(59)まで延びる細長いノズル本体、前記基部(51)から前記閉じた先端部(59)まで延びる主ボア(55)、および前記主ボア(55)に連結された複数の噴口(56)を備えるノズル(54)であって、
前記細長い弁ハウジング(52)の前記前端に配置され、前記基部(51)が前記前端に連結される、ノズル(54)と、
加圧気体燃料源(60)に連結するための前記細長い弁ハウジング(52)内の燃料入口ポート(53)と、
前記細長い弁ハウジング(52)内の長手方向ボア(77)内に、前記弁ニードル(61)と前記長手方向ボア(77)との間に隙間をあけて摺動可能に受け取られた軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードル(61)であって、閉位置および開位置を有し、前記閉位置で弁座(69)に位置し、前記開位置で前記弁座(69)から揚程を有する軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードル(61)と、
前記軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードル(61)を前記閉位置と前記開位置との間で制御可能に動かすアクチュエータ・システムであって、
前記弁座(69)が、前記細長い弁ハウジング(52)内で前記弁ハウジング(52)内の燃料室(58)と前記細長い弁ハウジング(52)の前記前端内の出口ポート(68)との間に配置され、
前記出口ポート(68)が、前記ノズル(54)内の前記主ボア(55)に直接連結し、
前記燃料室(58)が、前記燃料入口ポート(53)に連結され、
前記隙間が、前記長手方向ボア(77)の一方の端部で前記燃料室(58)へ開いている、アクチュエータ・システムと、
加圧封止油源(57)に連結するための封止油入口ポート(78)と、
前記長手方向ボア(77)の長さに沿って第1の位置(P1)で前記封止油入口ポート(78)を前記隙間に連結する封止油供給導管(76)と、
加圧点火液源(44)に連結するための点火液入口ポート(46)とを備える燃料弁(50)において、
前記軸方向ボア(77)の前記長さに沿って前記第1の位置(P1)より前記燃料室(58)に近い第2の位置(P2)で、
前記点火液入口ポート(46)から前記細長い弁ハウジング(52)を通って、
前記隙間まで延びる点火液導管(45)を特徴とする燃料弁。 - 前記弁ニードル(61)が前記弁座(69)に位置するとき、前記弁座(69)への前記点火液導管(45)の開口が、前記弁ニードル(61)によって閉鎖される、請求項1に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードル(61)が、前記ハウジング内に摺動可能に受け取られた軸方向に変位可能な作動ピストン(64)に動作可能に連結され、前記作動ピストン(64)が、前記ハウジング(52)とともに作動室(74)を画定し、前記作動室(74)が、制御油源(97)に連結するための制御ポート(72)に流体連結される、請求項1または2に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記主ボア(55)が、前記基部(51)へ開いている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記点火液源(44)が、前記液体燃料源(60)の圧力より高い圧力を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料弁。
- 前記封止油供給導管(76)が、前記封止油入口ポート(78)を前記隙間に流体連結するように、前記軸方向に変位可能な弁ニードル(61)内を長手方向に延びる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料弁。
- 大型で低速ターボチャージ付きの2行程圧縮点火内燃機関であって、複数のシリンダ(1)、高圧気体燃料供給システム、高圧点火液供給システム、高圧封止油システムを有し、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の1つまたは複数の燃料弁が、前記機関の前記シリンダ内に設けられ、前記燃料弁(50)が、前記高圧気体燃料供給システム、前記高圧封止油システム、および前記点火液供給システムに連結される、機関。
- 前記ノズル(54)内の前記主ボア(55)内へ前記燃料が入る際に前記気体燃料を点火するように構成される、請求項7に記載の機関。
- 前記高圧気体燃料供給システムが、前記気体燃料を高圧で前記燃料弁(50)へ送達し、前記点火液源(44)が、前記気体燃料源の圧力より高い圧力で前記点火液を送達するように構成される、請求項7または8に記載の機関。
