Claims (10)
- 下側を有する少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(16)と、上側(20)を有する冷却板(10)と、前記冷却板(10)の前記上側(20)に配置された、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(16)のための固定システムと、を備えたバッテリにおいて、前記固定システムは、互いに間隔を置いて伸びる少なくとも2つのレール(12、12’)を有し、前記レール(12、12’)によって、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(16)は、前記バッテリモジュール(16)の前記下側が前記冷却板(10)の前記上側(20)と直接接触するように、前記冷却板(10)上に固定されることを特徴とする、バッテリ。
- 前記固定システムによって、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(16)は、予め定められた接触圧力により、好適に少なくとも3バールの接触圧力により、より好適には少なくとも5バールの接触圧力により、前記冷却板(10)上に固定される、請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(16)の前記下側と、前記冷却板(10)の前記上側(20)と、の前記直接的な接触は、熱伝導により形成される、請求項1又は2に記載バッテリ。
- 前記レール(12、12’)は、T字型プロファイル又はL字型プロファイルを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(16)の前記下側と前記固定システムの前記レール(12、12’)とによって、さねはぎシステムが形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(16)の前記下側は、前記固定システムの前記レール(12、12’)に係合するように形成された少なくとも1つの張出し部を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(16)の前記下側全体が、前記冷却板(10)の前記上側(20)に直接的に接触する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記レール(12、12’)がねじによって前記冷却板(10)の前記上側から固定可能であるように、前記レール(12、12’)はその上側に、ねじ収容のための孔(14)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記冷却板(10)は冷却材管を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリを備えた車両であって、前記バッテリは前記車両の駆動システムと接続される、車両。
