Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、バッテリーを温度調整するための冷却装置(3)を備えるバッテリーであって、並列および/または直列にセル接続体(2、2’)により相互に接続された複数の個別セル(1)を有するバッテリーに関する。本発明によれば、個別セル(1)がセル接続体(2、2’)によって、プリロード可能に冷却装置(3)に固定されている。

Claims (18)
- バッテリーを温度調整するための冷却装置(3)を備えるバッテリーであって、該バッテリーは並列および/または直列にセル接続体(2、2’)により相互に接続された複数の個別セル(1)を有し、
個別セル(1)がセル接続体(2、2’)によって、プリロード可能に冷却装置(3)に固定されている、ことを特徴とするバッテリー。 - セル接続体(2)は弾性、とりわけバネ弾性に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- セル接続体(2)はオメガ字形の長手方向断面を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- セル接続体(2)の高さ(h)は、冷却装置(3)から突き出る、それぞれの個別セル(1)の極接点(1.1、1.2)の高さよりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- それぞれ1つのセル接続体(2’)に弾性エレメント(11)が1つ設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- S字状のそれぞれの弾性エレメント(11)が、形状結合および力結合して、対応するセル接続体(2’)に、係止して取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリー。
- それぞれの弾性エレメント(11)は、少なくとも電気絶縁性のプラスチックから形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリー。
- それぞれの弾性エレメント(11)は、少なくとも耐熱性である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリー。
- 冷却装置(3)は、個別セル(1)と熱伝導接触したヒートプレートである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- セル接続体(2、2’)は、個別セル(1)に対してヒートプレートを押し付ける、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- セル接続体(2、2’)は、ヒートプレートと熱伝導接触している、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- ヒートプレートは、個別セル(1)の極接点(1.1、1.2)の領域に、極接点(1.1、1.2)を引き込むための孔部および/または切込みを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- セル接続体(2、2’)とヒートプレートとの間には、電気絶縁性の熱伝導シート(4)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- 熱伝導シート(4)は、極接点(1.1、1.2)を引き込むための切欠部(4.1)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリー。
- ヒートプレートと個別セル(1)との間に、熱伝導性で電気絶縁性の形状体(5)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- ヒートプレートは、チャネル構造体(3.1)を通流する冷却剤のためにチャネル構造体(3.1)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- それぞれの個別セル(1)は、ハニカム状のケースを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- バッテリーは、車両バッテリーとして、とりわけハイブリッド駆動部を備える車両または燃料電池により駆動される車両に使用することができる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載のバッテリー。
