Claims (7)
- バッテリ(2)のためのセルブロック(1)であって、複数の電気化学的単一セル(3)を備え、前記単一セルは、電気的に相互に直列および/または並列に接続され、フラットセルとして形成されており、前記セルブロック(1)内で、基本的に相互に平行に方向付けられ、かつ前後に配置され、少なくとも1つの緊締要素によって相互に緊締されている、セルブロック(1)において、
前記緊締要素が、前記単一セル(3)の温度調整のための温度調整プレート(4)として形成されており、前記温度調整プレートが、前記セルブロック(1)の長手方向側面に配置され、かつ前記単一セル(3)と熱伝導的に接続されていること、
前記温度調整プレート(4)が、緊締装置の構成部品の1つであって、前記緊締装置が、2つのプレッシャプレート(10)を有し、前記プレッシャプレートがそれぞれ前記セルブロック(1)の横面に配置され、前記プレッシャプレート(10)の少なくとも1つを前記温度調整プレート(4)と接続するための少なくとも1つの連結要素(11)を備えること、
前記連結要素(11)が、前記プレッシャプレート(10)の少なくとも1つを前記温度調整プレート(4)にねじ止めするためのねじとして形成されていること、および
前記単一セル(3)が、縁側に枠要素(14,15,16)を備え、または前記セルブロック(1)内で縁側の枠要素(14,15,16)によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれており、前記温度調整プレート(4)の最大長さが、相互に平行に方向付けられ、かつ前後に配置されている前記セルブロック(1)の枠要素(14,15,16)全体の組み合わせ長さに等しいことを特徴とする、セルブロック(1)。 - 前記セルブロック(1)の対向する長手方向側面に配置されている、2つの温度調整プレート(4)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセルブロック(1)。
- 前記単一セル(3)を緊締するための少なくとも1つのさらなる緊締要素(5)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のセルブロック(1)。
- 前記さらなる緊締要素(5)が、緊締ロッドまたは固定ストラップとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のセルブロック(1)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのセルブロック(1)を備えるバッテリ(2)。
- 電気的に相互に直列および/または並列に接続されている複数のセルブロック(1)を含む、請求項5に記載のバッテリ(2)。
- 前記バッテリ(2)が、車両用バッテリであることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリ(2)。
