Claims (7)
- シリンダ(21)と、該シリンダ(21)内でピストンロッド(42)により案内され、少なくとも1つのピストンシール要素(71;72)を有し、押退け室(15)を補償室(16)に対して画成するピストン(51)とを備える、ニューマチック式の減速装置(10)であって、
前記減速装置(10)は、前記押退け室(15)内の正圧と前記補償室(16)内の負圧とにより、前記ピストン(51)のストローク運動に対抗する力を形成し、前記押退け室(15)と前記補償室(16)との間の漏れ流れは、少なくともストローク方向に影響される、減速装置において、
前記減速装置(10)は、最大の押退け室(15)のピストン終端位置で、閉鎖可能な空気接続部(18)を備え、これにより、前記終端位置で、前記押退け室(15)及び前記補償室(16)は、周囲(1)に連通していることを特徴とする、ニューマチック式の減速装置。 - 空気接続部(18)は、前記ピストンロッド(42)を包囲するピストンロッドシール(62)及び/又は前記ピストンロッド(42)に配置されている、請求項1記載の減速装置。
- 前記ピストンロッドシール(62)は、前記ピストンロッドヘッド(43)を指向するシングルリップシール(64)を備える、請求項2記載の減速装置。
- 前記空気接続部(18)は、前記ピストンロッド(42)上に配置された少なくとも1つの縦通路(48)により形成される、請求項1記載の減速装置。
- 前記縦通路(48)の長さは、ピストンストロークの5%よりも短い、請求項4記載の減速装置。
- 前記シリンダ(21)は、縦方向(19)に向けられた少なくとも1つの縦溝(24)を有するシリンダ内壁(23)を備え、前記縦溝(24)の長さは、前記シリンダ(21)の長さの最大90%であり、前記ピストン(51)は、最大の前記押退け室(15)の終端位置で、前記シリンダ内壁(23)の、溝が設けられていない領域に位置する、請求項1記載の減速装置。
- 前記縦通路(48)の長さと、全ての前記ピストンシール要素(71,72)の最大長さと、移行領域(44)の長さとの合計は、前記シリンダ内壁(23)の、溝が設けられていない領域(26)の押退け室側の端部と前記シングルリップシール(64)との、前記縦方向(19)で測定された間隔よりも短い、請求項3、5及び6記載の減速装置。
