Abstract
Description
また本発明は、パリソンの少なくとも一部に殺菌剤を作用させるために供給機構を有している、パリソンを成形することにより少なくとも部分的に殺菌した容器をブロー成形するための装置に関する。
さらに本発明は、ブロー成形される容器を製造するために設けられる、熱可塑性材料から成るパリソンを殺菌するための装置に関する。本発明には、少なくとも一部を殺菌した容器を熱可塑性材料から製造するための装置も含まれている。
また本発明は、熱可塑性パリソンを容器に成形するために担持構造部上に配置される少なくとも1つのブローステーションを有する、容器をブロー成形するための装置にも関わる。
Claims (15)
- 熱可塑性材料から成り、ブロー成形される容器を製造するために設けられているパリソンを殺菌する方法であって、殺菌剤を前記パリソンの領域に供給し、前記パリソンをブロー成形する前に該パリソンを加熱するようにした前記方法において、
殺菌剤の少なくとも一部を、少なくとも1つのノズル(44)によって前記パリソン(1)の方向へ放出し、前記ノズル(44)からの殺菌剤の中央出口方向(45)に、前記パリソン(1)の長手軸線(47)に対する傾斜角(46)を備えさせることを特徴とする方法。 - 殺菌を実施している間の内側表面領域における前記パリソン(1)の温度が少なくとも80℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温度が100℃ないし130℃の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜角(46)が10゜ないし80゜の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜角が20゜ないし60゜の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記傾斜角(46)が30゜ないし35゜の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 殺菌剤を前記ノズル(44)から前記パリソン(1)の口部分(21)内へ流入させることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(44)の出口穴を、前記長手軸線(47)に対してよりも前記口部分(21)のエッジにより密接して位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記パリソン(1)をして、位置固定して配置されている殺菌機構(41)のそばを通過させることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(44)の出口領域を、前記口部分(21)のエッジに対し間隔(48)をもって位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ブロー成形される容器を製造するために設けられる、熱可塑性材料から成るパリソンを殺菌するための装置であって、前記パリソンの少なくとも一部に殺菌剤を作用させるために供給機構を有している前記装置において、
殺菌剤を放出させるための少なくとも1つのノズル(44)が殺菌剤の中央出口方向(45)を有し、該中央出口方向(45)が前記パリソン(1)の長手軸線(47)に対し傾斜角(46)を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記傾斜角(46)が10゜ないし80゜の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(44)の出口穴が前記長手軸線(47)に対するよりも前記パリソンの口部分(21)のエッジにより密接して位置決めされることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- 前記パリソン(1)をして、位置固定して配置されている殺菌機構(41)のそばを通過させることを特徴とする、請求項11から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(44)の出口領域を前記口部分(21)のエッジに対し間隔(48)をもって位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項11から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
