Claims (15)
- 成形品を冷却するために前記成形品の凹状内表面に対して冷却流体の流れを方向付けるように構成される成形後冷却装置であって、前記成形後冷却装置は、前記成形品の開口端へ前記冷却流体の流れを方向付けるように配置される出口を備え、前記成形品の内表面は、凹状であり、前記出口は、前記冷却流体の流れを螺旋方向に方向付けるように構成され、前記成形品の前記凹状内表面の少なくとも一部は、前記冷却流体の流れの方向に対して湾曲面として機能し、前記成形品の前記開口端から前記成形品の閉鎖端に向かって前記凹状内表面の長さに沿って前記成形品の前記凹状内表面に対して前記冷却流体の流れの乱流を形成する、装置。
- 前記出口は、前記出口が配置されるプレナムに対して角度付けされる、又は前記出口は、プレナムに対して角度付けされた角度付けノズルに設けられる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 角度付けされた前記出口を定義するインサートを更に備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インサートに配置される螺旋チャネルを更に備え、前記螺旋チャネルは、角度付けされた前記出口で終端する請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記出口に対して角度を定義するブレードインサートを更に備え、前記ブレードインサートは、プレナムに挿入可能である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の前記出口を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記成形品外に冷却流体を運ぶために前記成形品の前記開口端に対して配置された通気管を更に備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記通気管は、前記成形品へ延伸するように配置される請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記成形品へ延伸し、前記成形品の冷却を促進するように配置される冷却ロッドを更に備え、前記冷却流体の流れは、前記冷却ロッドの周囲を流れる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却ロッドは、液体冷却回路を含む請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却流体の流れの前記乱流を促進するために前記冷却ロッドを回転するように構成される回転駆動を更に備える請求項8に記載の装置。
- 成形品を成形後冷却するための方法であって、
前記成形品の開口端に冷却流体を提供するステップと、
前記成形品内の前記冷却流体を螺旋方向に向けるステップであって、前記成形品の凹状内表面の少なくとも一部は、前記冷却流体の流れの方向に対して湾曲面として機能し、前記成形品の前記開口端から前記成形品の閉鎖端に向かって前記凹状内表面の長さに沿って前記成形品の前記凹状内表面に逆らって前記冷却流体の流れの乱流を形成する、ステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記成形品の前記開口端外に冷却流体を排出するステップを更に備える請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記成形品内に冷却ロッドを配置するステップを更に備え、前記冷却流体は、前記冷却ロッドの周囲を流れる請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法で製造された成形プリフォーム。
