Claims (13)
- 樹脂製品を生産するブロー成形金型装置であって、型締め装置を有する少なくとも1つの型締めフレームと、該型締めフレームの開閉動作によって一体に若しくは別々へと移動されるように形成され、前記樹脂製品を形成するための少なくとも1つのキャビティをそれぞれ有した少なくとも2つのブロー成形金型とを有してなり、
前記型締め装置は、それぞれ少なくとも1つの型支持部を有し、該型支持部内に型挿入部がそれぞれの場合に交換可能に挿入され、前記型支持部はそれぞれ周辺密閉端部を形成することを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。 - 請求項1記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、前記型支持部の密閉端部は閉じる動作に垂直な平面で排他的に延長されることを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項1若しくは請求項2のいずれか記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、少なくとも1つの中央金型を有し、該中央金型は前記ブロー成形金型の開閉動作に関して横方向に移動することができ、前記型支持部の密閉端部に密着され得ることを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、前記中央金型はそれぞれ1つの面内に延長され型支持部の密閉端部と共に動作する少なくとも2つの周辺密閉端部を有してなることを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項2若しくは請求項3記載のいずれか記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、前記中央金型は箱状のフレームとして形成され、好ましくは少なくとも1つの部品キャリアを有することを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項1若しくは請求項5記載のいずれか1項に記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、前記型支持部及び/又は前記中央金型はそれぞれ周辺弾性密閉部を有することを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項6に記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、前記密閉部は弾性を利用して能動的に変形され、好ましくは空圧で伸張し得るものであることを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項1若しくは請求項7記載のいずれか記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、型支持部は実質的に閉じられて形成され、好ましくは箱状とされ、型挿入部を囲み、該型支持部は好ましくは少なくとも1つの各型挿入部の背後の閉じたチャンバーを形成することを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- 請求項2若しくは請求項8記載のいずれか記載のブロー成形金型装置であって、前記中央金型の密閉端部は閉じる動作の際に若しくはその反動で出没動作できることを特徴とするブロー成形金型装置。
- ブロー成形金型装置を用いて樹脂製品を生産する方法であって、型締め装置を有する少なくとも1つの型締めフレームと、少なくとも2つのブロー成形金型を有し、特に請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に従うブロー成形金型装置を用いるものであって、
少なくとも1つのプレフォームを熱可塑性樹脂材料から押出し、少なくとも2つの中間生成物をシェルの形状で形成して該シェルを閉じ好ましくは3次元周辺継ぎ目を備えて実質的に閉じた中空体を形成し、該シェルがそれぞれの場合、周辺カラー部と共に形成され、該周辺カラー部は実質的に排他的に1つの平面内で該製品の周辺部を越えて前記継ぎ目の外側に伸張してなることを特徴とする樹脂製品を生産する方法。 - 請求項10記載の樹脂製品を生産する方法であって、前記シェルが形成された際に、ブロー成形金型のキャビティは前記周辺カラー部若しくは前記継ぎ目の外側で密閉されることを特徴とする樹脂製品を生産する方法。
- 請求項11記載の樹脂製品を生産する方法であって、前記シェルの融着前に前記シェルの互いに向き合う壁に内部部品を結合させることを特徴とする樹脂製品を生産する方法。
- 請求項11若しくは請求項12記載の樹脂製品を生産する方法であって、前記内部部品の結合は前記型締めフレームの閉じる動作を利用して行われることを特徴とする樹脂製品を生産する方法。
