Abstract

それ故に、本発明は、請求項1の前段に従った方法を提供する目的を基礎としており、更に複雑な装置無しで挿入物をプラスチック成形品の中に導入することでき、ブロー成形装置との関係で押出機ヘッドの空間的に固定された構造には縛られないものとされる。
【課題を解決するための手段】
Claims (15)
- プラスチック成形品の生産方法であって、
概ねチューブ状のプレフォームを押出し、
概ね断面C形状のプレフォームが得られるように、押出機ヘッド内で溶融した流れを分け、或いは押出機ヘッドから現れた若しくは既に表れている押出物を分離し、
圧力差を与えることでブロー成形装置内で中空を有するプレフォームを再形成し、
部分的に閉じた前記ブロー成形装置で前記プレフォームの膨張と部分的な予備成形が最初に行われ、
更なる工程で、少なくとも1つの挿入物が完全には閉じていない前記ブロー成形装置部品の間で、前記プレフォームの開いた側を介して部分的に予備形成された成形品の内側に導入され、
更なる工程で、前記ブロー成形装置が完全に閉じられて、少なくとも部分的に囲む摘み取り継ぎ目を形成しながら成形品が完全に形成されることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記プレフォームの分割される継ぎ目は、
前記ブロー成形装置の仮想的な分割面内に概ね延長されるように、前記ブロー成形装置の分割面と整合されることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。 - 請求項1若しくは請求項2記載の方法であって、前記ブロー成形装置の閉じる動作は2段階で行われ、前記閉じる動作の第1の段階では少なくとも1つの開口部を形成しながら、型スペーサーとしての前記ブロー成形装置のキャビティを形成する少なくとも1つの摺動部、好ましくは幾つかのこのような摺動部はそれらの間に前記プレフォームを挟持することを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、前記プレフォームの前記ブロー成形金型への膨張は最初に閉じる動作の前記第1の段階と第2の段階の間に行われ、前記挿入物の導入は更なる工程で行われることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、前記プレフォームは吹き出し空気の手段によって拡張され、少なくとも1つの吹き出しピンが型スペーサーによって形成された開口部内に導入されることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、挿入物の導入は型スペーサーによって形成された開口部を介して行われることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、前記プレフォームは押出機ヘッドから導出され、把持具により前記ブロー成形装置の開いた金型内の間に運ばれることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、前記プレフォームは開いた前記ブロー成形金型の間に導入される以前若しくはその間に周方向に膨張され、及び/又は部分的に伸張されることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、前記挿入物は、好ましくは多軸のマニピュレーターによって部分的に形成されたプレフォーム内に導入されることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のうちの1項に記載の方法であって、前記挿入物の導入の後、型スペーサーによって形成された開口部内に吹き出しピンが再度導入され、前記プレフォームが再度吹き出し空気に当てられることを特徴とするプラスチック成形品の生産方法。
- プラスチック成形品(21)を、特に先行する請求項の1つによる方法で、生産するためのブロー成形装置(6)であって、
互いの関係で開閉動作を行い、型孔を形成する少なくとも2つのブロー成形金型8a、8bを有し、
少なくとも1つのブロー成形金型、好ましくは両方は、型スペーサーとしての各キャビティを構成する少なくとも1つの摺動部(9a、b、c、d)を以て提供され、該型スペーサーは少なくとも1つの凹部を有して吹き出しピン(14)を受け、且つ/或いはマニピュレーター(17)を導くための開口部(13)を形成することを特徴とするブロー成形装置。 - 請求項10若しくは請求項11記載のブロー成形装置であって、前記型スペーサー(9a、b、c、d)は、前記ブロー成形金型の分割面(10)に収納され且つ突出されるように形成されていることを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
- 請求項10乃至請求項12のうちの1項に記載のブロー成形装置であって、前記型スペーサー(9a、b、c、d)は、キャビティ(7)の外郭に適合することを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
- 請求項10乃至請求項13のうちの1項に記載のブロー成形装置であって、少なくとも1つの前記型スペーサー(9a、b、c、d)は、その温度を制御でき、特に加熱できるように形成されていることを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
- 請求項10乃至請求項14のうちの1項に記載のブロー成形装置であって、少なくとも1つの前記型スペーサー(9a、b、c、d)は、前記プレフォームを固定するための負圧に供用される吸入開口部を具備することを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
