Description

本発明の具体的実施態様を以下に列挙する。
（１）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスの液体／固体分離からの液体画分の蒸発生成物であるか、または生成物枯渇リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスである、少なくとも約４０質量％の固形分を含んでなり約１００センチポアズ未満の粘度を有するシロップ。
（２）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスが、酸、アルコール、アルカン、アルケン、芳香族、アルデヒド、ケトン、バイオポリマー、タンパク質、ペプチド、アミノ酸、ビタミン、抗生物質、および医薬品からなる群から選択される標的生成物を含んでなる、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（３）標的化合物が、エタノール、ブタノール、および１，３−プロパンジオールからなる群から選択される、（２）に記載のシロップ。
（４）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスが、スイッチグラス、古紙、製紙業汚泥、トウモロコシ穂軸、トウモロコシ苞葉、トウモロコシ茎葉、草、小麦、麦藁、干し草、大麦藁、稲藁、サトウキビバガス、穀類の加工から得られる構成成分、樹木、枝、根、葉、木片、おがくず、灌木および低木、野菜、果物、および花卉からなる群から選択されるバイオマスから生成される、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（５）固形分が少なくとも約４５％である、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（６）固形分が少なくとも約５０％である、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（７）ａ）標的生成物を含んでなるリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスを提供するステップと；
ｂ）蒸留によって、（ａ）のリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスから前記標的生成物を除去し、全蒸留廃液を生成するステップと；
ｃ）（ｂ）の全蒸留廃液から液体および固体画分を分離して、約０．１質量％未満の懸濁固形分を含んでなる薄い蒸留廃液を生成するステップと；
ｄ）（ｃ）の薄い蒸留廃液を蒸発させて、少なくとも約４０質量％の固形分を含んでなり約１００センチポアズ未満の粘度を有するシロップを製造するステップ、
とを含んでなる、標的生成物を製造する方法。
（８）標的生成物が、エタノール、ブタノール、および１，３−プロパンジオールからなる群から選択される、（７）に記載の方法。
（９）シロップがさらなる乾燥なしに燃焼される、（７）に記載の方法。
（１０）薄い蒸留廃液の蒸発からの水が再循環される、（７）に記載の方法。
（１１）（ａ）のリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスまたは（ｂ）の枯渇ブロスまたは全蒸留廃液が、約６以下のｐＨを有する、（７）に記載の方法。
（１２）（ａ）のリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスまたは（ｂ）の枯渇ブロスまたは全蒸留廃液が、約７０℃〜約１５０℃の温度で約３０秒間〜約２１０分間加熱処理され、時間と温度が逆相関する、（７）に記載の方法。
（１３）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスが、スイッチグラス、古紙、製紙業汚泥、トウモロコシ穂軸、トウモロコシ苞葉、トウモロコシ茎葉、草、小麦、麦藁、干し草、大麦藁、稲藁、サトウキビバガス、穀物加工から得られる構成成分、樹木、枝、根、葉、木片、おがくず、灌木および低木、野菜、果物、および花卉からなる群から選択されるバイオマスから生成される、（７）に記載の方法。
（１４）シロップの固形分が少なくとも約４５％である、（７）に記載の方法。
（１５）シロップの固形分が少なくとも約５０％である、（７）に記載の方法。
本発明の具体的実施態様を以下に列挙する。
（１）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスの液体／固体分離からの液体画分の蒸発生成物であるか、または生成物枯渇リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスである、少なくとも約４０質量％の固形分を含んでなり約１００センチポアズ未満の粘度を有するシロップ。
（２）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスが、酸、アルコール、アルカン、アルケン、芳香族、アルデヒド、ケトン、バイオポリマー、タンパク質、ペプチド、アミノ酸、ビタミン、抗生物質、および医薬品からなる群から選択される標的生成物を含んでなる、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（３）標的化合物が、エタノール、ブタノール、および１，３−プロパンジオールからなる群から選択される、（２）に記載のシロップ。
（４）リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスが、スイッチグラス、古紙、製紙業汚泥、トウモロコシ穂軸、トウモロコシ苞葉、トウモロコシ茎葉、草、小麦、麦藁、干し草、大麦藁、稲藁、サトウキビバガス、穀類の加工から得られる構成成分、樹木、枝、根、葉、木片、おがくず、灌木および低木、野菜、果物、および花卉からなる群から選択されるバイオマスから生成される、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（５）固形分が少なくとも約４５％である、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（６）固形分が少なくとも約５０％である、（１）に記載のシロップ。
（７）ａ）標的生成物を含んでなるリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスを提供するステップと；
ｂ）蒸留によって、（ａ）のリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスから前記標的生成物を除去し、全蒸留廃液を生成するステップと；
ｃ）（ｂ）の全蒸留廃液から液体および固体画分を分離して、約０．１質量％未満の懸濁固形分を含んでなる薄い蒸留廃液を生成するステップと；
ｄ）（ｃ）の薄い蒸留廃液を蒸発させて、少なくとも約４０質量％の固形分を含んでなり約１００センチポアズ未満の粘度を有するシロップを製造するステップ、
とを含んでなる、標的生成物を製造する方法。
（８）標的生成物が、エタノール、ブタノール、および１，３−プロパンジオールからなる群から選択される、（７）に記載の方法。
（９）シロップがさらなる乾燥なしに燃焼される、（７）に記載の方法。
（１０）薄い蒸留廃液の蒸発からの水が再循環される、（７）に記載の方法。

（１４）シロップの固形分が少なくとも約４５％である、（７）に記載の方法。
（１５）シロップの固形分が少なくとも約５０％である、（７）に記載の方法。
Claims (2)
- リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスの液体／固体分離からの液体画分の蒸発生成物であるか、または生成物枯渇リグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスである、少なくとも約４０質量％の固形分を含んでなり約１００センチポアズ未満の粘度を有するシロップ。
- ａ）標的生成物を含んでなるリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスを提供するステップと；
ｂ）蒸留によって、（ａ）のリグノセルロース系バイオマス加水分解生成物発酵ブロスから前記標的生成物を除去し、全蒸留廃液を生成するステップと；
ｃ）（ｂ）の全蒸留廃液から液体および固体画分を分離して、約０．１質量％未満の懸濁固形分を含んでなる薄い蒸留廃液を生成するステップと；
ｄ）（ｃ）の薄い蒸留廃液を蒸発させて、少なくとも約４０質量％の固形分を含んでなり約１００センチポアズ未満の粘度を有するシロップを製造するステップと
を含んでなる、標的生成物を製造する方法。
