Claims (12)
- 陰極が二部分を有し、該二部分は、絶縁材料スリーブによって隔てられた鉄合金スリーブを介して結合されており、この鉄合金スリーブは、使用時に、陰極を加熱するための高周波供給によって内部に磁束が誘起される構成であり、さらに前記鉄合金スリーブが導電材料による表面被覆を有することを特徴とするマグネトロン。
- 前記高周波供給の高周波は、1kHz〜1MHzの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記高周波供給の高周波は、5kHz〜500kHzの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記導電材料が、前記鉄合金スリーブの内外の両曲面に連続することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記導電層被覆厚みが、1ミクロンから50ミクロンまでの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記導電層被覆厚みが、5ミクロンから30ミクロンまでの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記導電材料が、銅であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記鉄合金スリーブが、ニッケル、コバルト、鉄合金であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記鉄合金が、コバールであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記絶縁材料が、セラミック材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記陰極の二部分が、外側スリーブ及び内側コアであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか1項に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記絶縁材料からなるスリーブに対する前記鉄合金スリーブの連結が、真空内での緊密連結であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマグネトロン。
