Claims (2)
- 음극 급전 단자를 포함하는 본체부와, 상기 본체부 내부에 설치되는 금속 날개로 이루어진 양극, 상기 양극의 중심축에 설치되는 음극, 상기 양극의 상하측에 상호 마주보도록 설치되는 자극편을 포함하여 구성된 작동부로 이루어진 2극 진공관인 마그네트론 발진기의 결합구조에 있어서,상기 음극 급전 단자에 초고진공(UHV)을 구현하는 콘플랫 플랜지를 적용하되, 상기 본체부와, 작동부를 상기 콘플랫 플랜지를 통해 결합하고, 이를 가스켓을 통해 밀봉 처리하는 동시에 볼트로 견고하게 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 발진기의 결합구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 콘플랫 플랜지는 그 몸체의 둘레면에 소정 길이를 갖는 플랜지부가 형성되고, 그 가장자리면에 볼트 결합공이 형성된 제1결합부와;상기 플랜지부에 결합되고, 둘레면을 따라 그 플랜지부의 길이보다 더 깊이가 깊게 형성된 단차면에 본체부와 작동부 음극의 축이 정확하고 용이하게 정렬될 수 있도록 안내하는 음극 가이드부가 형성되며, 그 가장자리면에 볼트 결합공이 형성된 제2결합부와;상기 제1 및 제2결합부의 중앙부위에 소정 깊이를 갖는 O-링 형상의 가스켓 장착홈인 나이프 에지부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 발진기의 결합구조.
