Description
Claims (15)
- 鋸歯状の刃先を有する少なくとも1つのブレードホーンを軸方向に振動させる超音波振動子を備え、これにより、該ブレードホーンが、切断される材料品の方向に移動させられるときに、プランジ切断を行うように材料に向かう方向および該材料から離れる方向に振動する軟質材料を切断するための超音波システム。
- ブレードホーンの鋸歯状の刃先が、ブレードホーンが軸方向に振動するときに、軸方向に振動する、尖端を有する複数の鋸歯切欠きを有する、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- ブレードホーンの鋸歯状の刃先が、凸状である、請求項2に記載の超音波システム。
- ブレードホーンの鋸歯状の刃先が、凹状である、請求項2に記載の超音波システム。
- ブレードホーンの鋸歯状の刃先が、ブレードホーンの鋸歯状の刃先の右側部および左側部が、鋸歯状の刃先の中心の尖端で会するV字形である、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- ブレードホーンの鋸歯状の刃先の右側部および左側部が、凹状リードを有し、凹状リードが、該右側部および左側部が会する尖端を形成する、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 超音波振動子が、20kHz〜60kHzの範囲の周波数でブレードホーンを振動させる、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- ブースタによって、ブレードホーンと超音波振動子とが連結される、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 超音波振動子が、複数のブレードホーンを軸方向に振動させる、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 軟質材料が、硬い外皮の食品または柔らかいスポンジ状の食品である、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 超音波振動子を含む超音波システムに軟質材料を配置するステップと、
ブレードホーンが、切断される材料の方向に移動させられるときに、プランジ切断を行うように材料に向かう方向および該材料から離れる方向に振動するように、超音波振動子を用いて、鋸歯状の刃先を有する少なくとも1つのブレードホーンを軸方向に振動させるステップと、
切断される材料の方向におよび該材料の中を通してブレードホーンを軸方向に移動させるステップと、
を含む軟質材料を切断するための方法。 - 少なくとも1つのブレードホーンを軸方向に振動させるステップが、複数のブレードホーンを軸方向に振動させることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 軟質材料が、硬い外皮の食品または柔らかいスポンジ状の食品であり、超音波システムに軟質材料を配置するステップが、超音波システムに硬い外皮の食品または柔らかいスポンジ状の食品を配置することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
