Claims (20)
- ハウジング、
粒子状物質の多い水の加圧供給源を受け取り、粒子状物質の質量の大部分を水から分離し、粒子状物質の少ない水を産出する、ハウジング内の受動的セパレータ、
水から分離された粒子状物質を受け取り、その処理を可能にする、ハウジング内に少なくとも一部が配置された粒子状物質放出手段、
ハウジング内の少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールであって、各々、粒子状物質の少ない水を同時に受け取り、重力の下で各モジュールの多孔性濾過媒体にその水を通すことによって粒子状物質の少ない水から残存する粒子状物質および不純物を濾取する、濾過モジュール、ならびに
濾過モジュールから濾水を受け取り、濾水をハウジング外の流体シンクに供給する、ハウジングの壁における出口に連結した少なくとも1つの出口導管
を含む、水濾過ユニット。 - セパレータから粒子状物質の少ない水を受け取り、その粒子状物質の少ない水を少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールに供給するマニホールドタンクを更に含む濾過ユニットであって、前記マニホールドタンクは、マニホールドタンクに入る粒子状物質の少ない水の流体負荷を拡散させるディフューザープレートを含む、請求項1に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 粒子状物質の少ない水をマニホールドタンクから少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールに供給するフィルターモジュール進入導管を更に含む濾過ユニットであって、前記進入導管は、少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールの各々に連結し、それから容易に取り外すことができる、請求項2に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 粒子状物質の多い水の加圧供給源に凝集剤を加える凝集剤導入手段をハウジング内に更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 粒子状物質の多い水の加圧供給源に処理化学物質を加えて、凝集剤を加えることに起因する水のpHの変化を、粒子状物質の多い水のpHが概して保持されるように相殺する処理化学物質導入手段をハウジング内に更に含む、請求項4に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 凝集剤導入手段および処理化学物質導入手段の少なくとも1つが投与ポンプである、請求項5に記載の濾過ユニット。
- セパレータから粒子状物質の含有量の少ない水を受け取って、その中で凝集物を更に沈降させて、粒子状物質の含有量が少ない水を少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールに供給するために、セパレータと少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールとの間に配置されたクラリファイヤーを更に含む、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- クラリファイヤーが層状クラリファイヤーである、請求項7に記載の濾過ユニット。
- クラリファイヤーから粒子状物質の少ない水を受け取り、その粒子状物質の少ない水を少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールに供給する堰を更に含む、請求項7または8に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 堰から粒子状物質の少ない水を受け取り、その粒子状物質の少ない水を少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールに供給する樋を更に含む、請求項9に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールが、複数の濾過モジュールを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- セパレータが渦状セパレータである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- セパレータ、クラリファイヤー、堰および樋が、ハウジング内にユニットとして設置するために処理アセンブリとして形成される、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールが、新しい又は再生された多孔性濾過媒体を含む別の少なくとも1つの濾過モジュールと容易に交換可能であるように構成される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
- ハウジングが、標準的な運送用コンテナ輸送手段を用いて輸送可能なコンテナを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の濾過ユニット。
