Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポンプとこの下流側に紫外線照射通路を有
する殺菌器が接続してあり、循環冷却水系の一部
に接続できる殺菌装置において、 前記ポンプと殺菌器との間に上流側よりサイク
ロンコレクタ、圧力計、逆洗可能型フイルタが順
次接続してあり、前記ポンプとサイクロンコレク
タとの間の第一接続パイプと、前記フイルタと殺
菌器との間の第二接続パイプとは逆洗用バイパス
パイプによつて接続してあり、前記サイクロンコ
レクタの供給部とそのドレーンパイプには各々開
閉弁が、また前記第二接続パイプと逆洗用バイパ
スパイプとの結合部には切換弁が設けてあり、こ
れらの弁はサイクロンコレクタの供給部の開閉弁
が開のとき、前記ドレーンパイプの開閉弁は閉で
、前記切換弁は殺菌器側に開で逆洗用バイパスパ
イプ側に閉としてあり、これら弁は総て一斉に逆
転出来るようインターロツク装置により連結して
あることを特徴とする冷却塔循環冷却水殺菌装置
。 (2) 前記殺菌器は内照型、外照型の内の一種で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の循環水殺菌装置。 (3) 前記各弁のインターロツク装置は前記圧力
計の値が設定値以下の時のセンサの出力信号によ
つてサイクロンコレクタの供給部の開閉弁が開と
なる側に総ての弁は位置し、前記圧力計が設定値
より高いセンサの出力信号により、タイマを作動
させて、このタイマの設定時間中だけ、前記総て
の弁を反転させる制御部を含んでいることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の循環
水殺菌装置。 (4) 前記各弁のインターロツク装置は手動型で
あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の循環水殺菌装置。 (5) 前記ポンプは吐出量可変型であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の循
環水殺菌装置。 (6) 前記タイマは設定時間可変型であることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の
循環水殺菌装置。 (7) 前記圧力計のセンサは設定圧力可変型であ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３
項記載の循環水殺菌装置。
