トレランスリングアセンブリ。 - 前記環状バンドがばね鋼から形成され、前記低摩擦層が前記環状バンドの少なくとも一方の側面にラミネートされる、請求項1に記載のトレランスリングアセンブリ。
- 前記低摩擦層が前記エラストマー層の反対側の前記環状バンドにある、請求項1に記載のトレランスリングアセンブリ。
- 前記低摩擦層がPTFEを含み、前記環状バンドおよび前記エラストマー層の一方に結合され、前記エラストマー層が、ニトリルゴム、オレフィンエラストマー、ポリエーテル/ポリエステルエラストマー、エチレンプロピレンエラストマー、エチレンアクリルゴムおよびフルオロエラストマー材料の1つを含む、請求項1に記載のトレランスリングアセンブリ。
- 前記環状バンドと前記エラストマー層との間に、および前記低摩擦層と前記環状バンドおよび前記エラストマー層の前記少なくとも一方との間に、接着剤またはプライマー層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のトレランスリングアセンブリ。
- アセンブリであって、
外部構成要素と、
前記外部構成要素に配置されかつ前記外部構成要素に対して移動可能である内部構成要素と、
前記内部構成要素と前記外部構成要素との間に取り付けられたトレランスリングと、
を備え、前記トレランスリングが、
金属材料から形成されかつ半径方向内面と半径方向外面とを有する環状バンドと、
低摩擦材料であって、前記半径方向内面および前記半径方向外面の両方が前記低摩擦材料内に実質的に配置されるように前記環状バンドをカプセル化する低摩擦材料と、
を備える、
アセンブリ。 - 前記環状バンドの部分が前記低摩擦材料から露出せず、および前記低摩擦材料の外部に露出しないように、前記環状バンドが前記低摩擦材料内に完全に配置される、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記環状バンドの少なくとも一部が前記低摩擦材料から露出し、前記低摩擦材料に対して外側に延びる、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記環状バンドがばね鋼であり、穿孔されるかまたは打ち抜かれる、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記環状バンドが、圧印または深絞りによって前記環状バンドに形成される幾何学的形状部を備え、前記幾何学的形状部が、波形、円錐形または球状形状部を備える、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記環状バンドが、カレンダリングまたはラミネートによって前記低摩擦材料内にカプセル化され、前記低摩擦材料がPTFE化合物テープを含む、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記低摩擦材料が滑らかな円筒状プロフィルを形成し、前記環状バンドが前記滑らかな円筒状プロフィル内の非円筒状プロフィルで波打つ、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記低摩擦材料および前記環状バンドの各々が非円筒状プロフィルを有し、互いに相補的な形状である、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記トレランスリングに接合された裏当て層をさらに備え、前記裏当て層が、鋼、Al、CuおよびTiの1つから形成され、前記低摩擦層に対して半径方向外側にあり、前記低摩擦層が前記裏当て層にラミネートされる、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記低摩擦層が前記環状バンドの前記半径方向内面および半径方向外面の各々に約0.1〜0.05mmの厚さを有し、前記低摩擦層が前記環状バンドに結合されるかまたは溶接される、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- トレランスリングを形成する方法であって、
(a)金属材料から形成されたシートを設けるステップと、
(b)前記シートにアパーチャを形成するステップと、
(c)前記シート内に幾何学的形状部を製作してシートプロフィルを形成するステップと、
(d)前記シートプロフィルを低摩擦材料内にカプセル化するステップと、
(e)前記カプセル化されたシートプロフィルを環状形状に形成してトレランスリングを形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - ステップ(b)が、穿孔または打ち抜きによって、成形された孔を前記シートに形成するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)が、波形、球形または円錐形を圧印、形成または深絞りすることによって前記シート内に幾何学的形状部を製作して、前記シートプロフィルを形成するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)が、前記シートの前記アパーチャを通してカレンダリングまたはラミネートすることによって前記シートプロフィルを前記低摩擦材料内にカプセル化するステップを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記シートが、半径方向内面と半径方向外面とを有する環状バンド内に形成され、前記半径方向内面および半径方向外面の両方が前記低摩擦材料内に配置されるように、前記低摩擦材料が前記環状バンドをカプセル化する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)の後に、前記シートプロフィルの前記幾何学的形状部に対して相補的な形状の前記低摩擦材料に形状を形成するステップをさらに含み、前記形状を形成するステップが、前記低摩擦材料を圧印、カレンダリングおよび焼結するステップの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)がステップ(d)の前に行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)がラミネートを含み、ステップ(c)の前に行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 裏当て層を前記トレランスリングに設置するステップをさらに含み、前記裏当て層が前記低摩擦層の半径方向外側に設置される、請求項16に記載の方法。
