Description
Claims (24)
- 媒体をベースとする仕上げ作業中に金属製加工対象物を保持する磁石の使用。
- 加工対象物が実質的に磁石によってのみ保持される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 磁石が永久磁石、好ましくは超磁石を備える、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 仕上げ作業が化学的に促進された仕上げを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 加工対象物がリングとピニオンギヤセットを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 媒体をベースとする仕上げ作業が、
一定量の仕上げ媒体を含む容器と、
加工対象物と媒体の間に相対的な動きを引き起こす駆動装置と、
を備える機械内で行われ、
仕上げ作業中、磁石固定具は加工対象物を容器の中に保持する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。 - 機械がドラッグ仕上げ機械であり、方法が、磁石固定具を、媒体を潜り抜けるように駆動することを備え、媒体が加工対象物上に力を及ぼしてそれを固定物に対して押し付ける傾向になるように、加工対象物は磁石固定具の前方で媒体を潜り抜けるように駆動されることが好ましい、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 容器が振動取り付け槽またはボールである、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 磁石固定具が容器の中で少なくとも1つの軸を中心に自由に移動可能であり、好ましくはあらゆる移動方向に自由に移動可能である、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 取り付け構造体上に複数の磁石固定具が一緒に取り付けられる、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 各加工対象物が、固定具上に一緒に取り付けられた複数のマッチング構成部品を備える、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 磁石固定具に掛かる力を、磁石固定具と加工対象物の間の保持力よりも小さな値に制限するように駆動装置を制御することをさらに備える、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 媒体をベースとする仕上げ作業の作業中に仕上げ媒体による接触を得るように金属製加工対象物を保持する固定具であって、本体と加工対象物を本体に接触した状態で保持する磁石とを備える、固定具。
- 磁石が永久磁石、好ましくは超磁石である、請求項13に記載の固定具。
- 本体がプラスチック材料を備える、請求項13または14に記載の固定具。
- 磁石が実質的に本体の中に埋め込まれる、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の固定具。
- 複数の磁石を備える、請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の固定具。
- 本体が加工対象物を位置付けるための型付けを有する着座を備える、請求項13から17のいずれか一項に記載の固定具。
- 各加工対象物は複数のマッチング構成部品を備え、本体は、それぞれの構成部品を受け取るように各々が構成された複数の着座を有する、請求項13から18のいずれか一項に記載の固定具。
- 請求項13から19のいずれか一項に記載の固定具を複数備える取り付け構造体。
- それぞれの固定具を互いに隔置した形で各々が支持する複数のアームを備える、請求項20に記載の取り付け構造体。
- 各固定具が、取り付け構造体上で少なくとも1つの軸を中心に自由に回転可能であるように取り付けられる、請求項20または21に記載の取り付け構造体。
- 取り付け構造体が、振動槽または振動ボールの中で少なくとも1つの軸を中心に自由に回転可能であるように構成される、請求項20から22のいずれか一項に記載の取り付け構造体。
- 加工対象物がリングとピニオンギヤセットを備える、請求項13から23のいずれか一項に記載の固定具または構造体。
