Abstract
【解決手段】 排ガス流を供給および/または排出するための少なくとも1つのディフューザ(2)、一端が底部(14)に結合されて軸方向に延在する交換器管を備えた交換器領域(4)、非耐高温性の材料、特にプラスチックまたはアルミニウムで形成されて冷媒が貫流し得るハウジング(8)、を具備する排ガス熱交換器、特に自動車用の排ガス熱交換器を改良して、結合要素(16)が部分的に前記ハウジング(8)内へ埋め込まれており、前記結合要素(16)を前記ハウジング(8)に固定でき、前記結合要素(16)が第1の材料結合領域(21)において材料結合によって前記底部(14)に結合されており、この底部が第2の材料結合領域(22)において材料結合によって前記ディフューザ(2)に結合されている。

Claims (10)
- 排ガス流を供給および/または排出するための少なくとも1つのディフューザ(2)、
一端が底部(14)に結合されて軸方向に延在する交換器管を備えた交換器領域(4)、
非耐高温性の材料、特にプラスチックまたはアルミニウムで形成されて冷媒が貫流し得るハウジング(8)、
を具備する排ガス熱交換器、特に自動車用の排ガス熱交換器において、
結合要素(16)が部分的に前記ハウジング(8)内へ埋め込まれており、これにより、前記結合要素(16)を前記ハウジング(8)に固定でき、その際、前記結合要素(16)が第1の材料結合領域(21)において材料結合によって前記底部(14)に結合されており、この底部が第2の材料結合領域(22)において材料結合によって前記ディフューザ(2)に結合されていることを特徴とする排ガス熱交換器。 - 前記結合要素(16)がフレーム(18)として実施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 前記結合要素(16)がフランジ状の結合周縁領域(31)を有し、この結合周縁領域が、前記第1の材料結合領域(21)において、前記底部(14)に構成されたフランジ状の底部周縁領域(32)に溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 前記ディフューザ(2)がディフューザ縁部領域(35)を有し、このディフューザ縁部領域が前記第2の材料結合領域(22)において前記底部(14)に溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 前記両材料結合領域(21、22)が前記底部(14)の相異なる平面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジング(8)がプラスチックまたはアルミニウムで形成されており、かつ、前記結合要素(16)が特殊鋼で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 前記結合要素(16)が部分的に、前記ハウジング(8)を形成している材料でインサート成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 前記ディフューザ(2)が金属、特に金属薄板または金属鋳造材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス熱交換器(1)を製造するための方法であって、前記ハウジング(8)の射出成形時に、射出成形により前記ハウジング(8)が形成される前記材料を用いて前記結合要素(16)が部分的にインサート成形されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記底部(14)が前記第1の材料結合領域(21)において前記結合要素(16)に溶着され、その後、前記底部(14)が前記第2の材料結合領域(22)において前記ディフューザ(2)に溶着されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
