Abstract
Description
金属又はプラスチック製の巻回形成体として形成され得るこのようなスロット付きスクリーンチューブフィルタエレメントは、追加の構成要素が一切無しでフィルタソックスが被せられる1種のフィルタカートリッジの構造を形成することができる。
Claims (12)
- フィルタ表面を横断する媒体流から汚染物質を吸収するのに適している少なくとも1つの有効フィルタ表面(23)を有する少なくとも1つのフィルタエレメント(3)を含む、詳細には作動油、潤滑媒体、プロセス水、表面水又は海水などの流体用のフィルタ装置であって、有効フィルタ表面が、フィルタエレメント(3)の支持体(13)に被せることのできる可撓性フィルタソックス(23)として設計されているフィルタ装置において、
フィルタソックスの有効フィルタ表面を拡大することによって、フィルタソックス(23)は、フィルタエレメント(3)の軸方向で見た場合により長くなるように設計されており、フィルタソックス(23)を支持体(13)に被せた場合に有効フィルタ表面が折り重なって存在するようになっていることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 - 支持体(13)が、追加の濾過ステップとして追加のフィルタ表面(17,19)を有し、各フィルタ表面(23;17,19)が異なるフィルタ細密度を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタソックス(23)が支持体(13)の外部上に配置されており、このような補完されたフィルタエレメント(3)の外側から内側へ流れが横断する場合、フィルタソックス(23)は、粗濾過ステップを目的として支持体(13)の追加のフィルタ表面に比べて低いフィルタ細密度を示し、フィルタエレメント(13)の内側から外側へ流れが横断する場合には、支持体(13)のフィルタ表面がこのような粗濾過ステップを形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタソックス(23)のフィルタ表面は、フィルタエレメント(3)の外側から内側に流れが横断する場合に汚染物質がフィルタ表面からふるい落とされるような形でフィルタエレメント(3)の支持体(13)の外部面から予め規定可能な距離のところに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタソックス(23)が、フィルタエレメントの支持体(13)の専ら末端領域において少なくともその2つの相対する端部(5,15)で、シームレスフィルタファブリックとしてしっかりと固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタファブリックが単層又は多重層の形で構築されており、少なくとも部分的にサテンファブリック、ツイルファブリック又はリネンファブリックとして製造されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタソックス(23)が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル又は親油性材料、例えばポリオレフィンポリエステル又はコポリエステル、あるいはコーティングとしてフィルタソックス(23)上に塗布することもできる他の非極性材料で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタエレメント(3)がスロット付きスクリーンチューブフィルタエレメント(13)を有し、これが支持体とその有効フィルタ表面(17,19)を形成し、かつプルオン式フィルタソックス(23)に適合する輪郭を有する円錐形シェルの形をしていることを特徴とする請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタエレメント(3)の支持体(13)の有効フィルタ表面(17,19)が100〜3,000μmのフィルタ細密度を示し、フィルタソックス(23)の有効フィルタ表面が10〜150μmの適切に適合されたフィルタ細密度を示すことを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタエレメント(3)は、濾過モードの間、フィルタエレメント(3)の外部から内部のフィルタキャビティ(7)へと流れが横断し得るような形で、フィルタハウジング(1)内に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタハウジング(1)が渦流室(41)を有し、濾過すべき媒体流は旋回流の状態でフィルタエレメント(3)の周囲を流れ、この媒体流が少なくとも部分的にサイクロンを形成するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタソックス(23)を伴うフィルタエレメント(3)を含むフィルタエレメント配置が、複数のフィルタエレメント配置を伴うバックフラッシュフィルタ装置内で使用され、複数のフィルタエレメント配置のうちの少なくとも1つ(3,23)がバックフラッシュされ得、その間他のフィルタエレメント配置(3,23)は媒体流を濾過するのに役立つことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
