Description
Claims (20)
- スプレーノズルに接続される加圧キャニスタと、前記キャニスタ内に含まれる噴霧可能な接着剤組成物と、を含む内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システムであって、シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤と、噴射剤と、を含む、内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記スプレーノズルが、前記加圧キャニスタに直接接続される、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- ホースは、ホースを介して前記スプレーノズルを前記加圧キャニスタに接続する、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記加圧キャニスタ内の圧力が、200kPa及び900kPaを含む200kpa〜900kPaである、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤が、シリル末端ポリエーテルを含む、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤が、シリル末端ポリウレタンを含む、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記噴射剤が、液化石油ガス及びジアルキルエーテルのブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記液化石油ガスが、イソブタン及びプロパンのうち少なくとも1種を含む、請求項7に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記ジアルキルエーテルがジメチルエーテルを含む、請求項7に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記噴射剤が、30〜50重量部の液化石油ガスと、50〜70重量部のジアルキルエーテルと、を含む、請求項7に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記噴射剤が、20〜25重量部のイソブタンと、15〜20重量部のプロパンと、55〜65重量部までのジメチルエーテルと、を含む、請求項10に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記噴霧可能な接着剤組成物が、前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤及び前記噴射剤の総重量に基づき、50〜80重量%の前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記シリル末端エラストマーが、シリル末端ポリエーテル及びシリル末端ポリウレタンのうち少なくとも1種を含み、前記噴射剤が、30〜50重量部の液化石油ガスと、50〜70重量部のジアルキルエーテルと、を含む、請求項1に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記噴射剤が、20〜25重量部のイソブタンと、15〜20重量部のプロパンと、55〜65重量部までのジメチルエーテルと、を含む、請求項13に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- 前記噴霧可能な接着剤組成物が、前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤及び前記噴射剤の総重量に基づき、60〜70重量%の前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤を含む、請求項13に記載の内蔵型の噴霧可能な接着剤システム。
- シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤と、液化石油ガス及びジアルキルエーテルのブレンドを含む噴射剤と、を含む、噴霧可能な接着剤組成物。
- 前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤が、シリル末端ポリエーテルを含む、請求項16に記載の噴霧可能な接着剤組成物。
- 前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤が、シリル末端ポリウレタンを含む、請求項16に記載の噴霧可能な接着剤組成物。
- 前記噴霧可能な接着剤組成物が、前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤及び前記噴射剤の総重量に基づき、60〜70重量%の前記シリル末端エラストマー系接着剤を含む、請求項16に記載の噴霧可能な接着剤組成物。
- 前記噴射剤が、20〜25重量部のイソブタンと、15〜20重量部のプロパンと、55〜65重量部までのジメチルエーテルと、を含む、請求項19に記載の噴霧可能な接着剤組成物。
