Abstract
Description
部材A)は、バックモールド熱可塑性プラスチックフィルムまたは少なくとも射出成形熱可塑性プラスチックの少なくとも一層であり、該フィルムの厚さまたは一層のその厚さ、または数層の場合、部材Aから作られている層の総厚が、厚さaであり、そして
部材B)は、射出成形熱可塑性プラスチックの少なくとも一層であり、一層のその厚さ、または数層の場合は、部材Bから作られている層の総厚が、厚さbであり、かつ
部材AおよびBが以下の1つの基準を満たす:
1.部材Aは、厚さaにおいて少なくともV2を、そして厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bは厚さbにおいてV2を、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦2.5、好ましくは≦1.8、特に好ましくは≦1.2である;
2.部材Aが厚さaにおいておよび厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bが厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦0.3,好ましくは≦0.2;または
3.部材AまたはBの少なくとも1つが、それぞれ厚さaまたはbにおいてV2のみを達成し、両部材が、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成する。
a)部材AおよびBに適した材料を選択すること、部材の選択された組合せが基準1〜3の1つを満たす、
b)2成分または多成分射出成形プロセスにより、部材Aからなるフィルムを部材Bでバックモールドすることにより、または部材Bからなる射出成形パーツを部材Aを含有するコーティング材でコーティングすることにより、全または部分射出成形複合系を製造すること。
nは0.5〜50の平均値を示す;
Bは、それぞれC1〜C12アルキル、好ましくはメチル、またはハロゲン、好ましくは塩素または臭素を示す;
qは、それぞれ独立して0,1または2を示す;
Xは、単結合、C=O,S,O,SO2,C(CH3)2,C1−C5アルキレン、C2−C5アルキリデン、C5−C6シクロアルキリデン、C6−C12アリーレン、それにはさらにヘテロ原子を含有していてもよい芳香族環が結合してもよい、または式(2)または(3)の基:
Yは、カーボンを示す;
R21およびR22は各Yに対して個々にそれぞれ独立して選択され、水素またはC1〜C6アルキル、好ましくは水素、メチルまたはエチルである;
mは、少なくとも1つのY原子上のR21およびR22の両者がアルキルであるという条件で、4〜7,好ましくは4または5の整数を示す。
値を有する化合物が好ましく、特に好ましくは0.7〜2.5である。60%と70%との間で、好ましくは70%と100%の間で、特に好ましくは79%と100%の間での、n=1を有する分子の割合が高い化合物が、特に最も好ましい。製造的理由のために、上記化合物は少量のトリフェニルホスフェートを含有してもよい。挙げられているリン化合物は、公知(例えば、EP-A 363 608, EP-A 640 655参照)であり、公知の方法(例えば、工業化学ウルマン百科事典(Ullmanns Enzyklopaedie der technischen Chemie)、第18巻、第301ff頁、1979年;有機化学ホウベン-ウェイル法(Houben-Weyl, Methoden der organischen Chemie)、第12/1巻、第43頁;バイルスタイン(Beilstein)、第6巻、第177頁)で製造することができる。
a)部材AおよびBに適した材料を選択すること、部材の選択された組合せが基準1〜3の1つを満たす:
1.)部材Aは、厚さaにおいて少なくともV2を、そして厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bは厚さbにおいてV2を、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦2.5、好ましくは≦1.8、特に好ましくは≦1.2である;
2.)部材Aが厚さaにおいておよび厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bが厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦0.3,好ましくは≦0.2;または
3.)部材AまたはBの少なくとも1つが、それぞれ厚さaまたはbにおいてV2のみを達成し、両部材が、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成する;
b)2成分または多成分射出成形プロセスにより、部材Aからなるフィルムを部材Bでバックモールドすることにより、または部材Bからなる射出成形パーツを部材Aを含有するコーティング材でコーティングすることにより、全または部分射出成形複合系を製造すること;
上記プロセスは、全または部分射出成形多部材系に対して従来よりもユーザーに極めて多くの材料から選択することを可能とする簡単なプロセスを提供するものである。しかしながら、同時に、時間浪費のトライアンドエラー試験において最適材料コンビネーションを決定することが必要なくなり、その代わりに、本発明による基準が、個々の部材のUL特性を利用して材料を選択することを可能とする。
1.使用材料
使用熱可塑性プラスチック材料は、Makrolon登録商標タイプ、Bayblend登録商標タイプのポリカーボネート/ABSブレンドおよびMakrofol登録商標タイプのポリカーボネートフィルム、以上バイエルマテリアルサイエンス社から入手、である。特定の特性を有する以下のタイプを使用した。
最大800kNの型締圧および25mmのスクリュー直径を有するアーバーグ・オールラウンダ(Arburg Allrounder)370S 800-150射出成型機で2成分射出成形により試料を製造した。交換可能なインサートを有する標準成形ユニットを使用し、種々の厚さのキャンパス試料(Campus specimen)を製造した(厚さ0.8 mm - 1.5 mm -2.0 mm - 3.0 mm -3.8 mmのインサート[ASTM試料 127X12.7xd, mm])。
試料の試験は標準UL94-V(図2参照)で定義されているような燃焼テストにおける基準に従い貯蔵後行なった。
全ての結果を、下記表2〜4にまとめてある。
Claims (11)
- 肉厚a+bを有し、厚さa中に少なくとも部材Aを、厚さb中に少なくとも部材Bを含有している、全または部分射出成形多部材複合材料系であって、
部材A)は、バックモールド熱可塑性プラスチックフィルムまたは少なくとも射出成形熱可塑性プラスチックの少なくとも一層であり、該フィルムの厚さまたは一層のその厚さ、または数層の場合、部材Aから作られている層の総厚が、厚さaであり、そして
部材B)は、射出成形熱可塑性プラスチックの少なくとも一層であり、一層のその厚さ、または数層の場合は、部材Bから作られている層の総厚が、厚さbであり、かつ
部材AおよびBが以下の1つの基準を満たす、ことを特徴とする多部材複合材料系:
1.部材Aは、厚さaにおいて少なくともV2を、そして厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bは厚さbにおいてV2を、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦2.5、好ましくは≦1.8、特に好ましくは≦1.2である;
2.部材Aが厚さaにおいておよび厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bが厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦0.3,好ましくは≦0.2;または
3.部材AまたはBの少なくとも1つが、それぞれ厚さaまたはbにおいてV2のみを達成し、両部材が、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成する。 - 部材Aが、厚さaにおいて少なくともV2を、そして厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bが厚さbにおいてV2を、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bが≦2.5、好ましくは≦1.8、特に好ましくは≦1.2である、請求項1記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 部材Aが厚さaにおいておよび厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bが厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦0.3,好ましくは≦0.2である、請求項1記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 部材AまたはBの少なくとも1つが、それぞれ厚さaまたはbにおいてV2のみを達成し、両部材が、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成する、請求項1記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 部材Aおよび部材Bが射出成形熱可塑性プラスチックからなる、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 複合材料系が、バックモールドフィルムであり、該フィルムが部材Aを構成している、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 部材AおよびBの少なくとも1つが、ポリカーボネート、コポリカーボネートまたはコポリエステルカーボネートを含有する、請求項1〜6いずれかに記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 少なくとも部材Bが少なくとも1種の難燃剤を含有している、請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の多部材複合材料系。
- 全または部分射出成形多部材複合材料系の製造方法であって、以下のステップからなる製造方法:
a. 以下の基準の1つを満たすように部材AまたはBに適した材料を選択すること:
1.)部材Aは、厚さaにおいて少なくともV2を、そして厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bは厚さbにおいてV2を、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦2.5、好ましくは≦1.8、特に好ましくは≦1.2である;
2.)部材Aが厚さaにおいておよび厚さa+bにおいてHBのみを達成し、部材Bが厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成し、比a:bは≦0.3,好ましくは≦0.2;または
3.)部材AまたはBの少なくとも1つが、それぞれ厚さaまたはbにおいてV2のみを達成し、両部材が、厚さa+bにおいてV0またはV1を達成する;
b. 2成分または多成分射出成形プロセスにより、部材Aからなるフィルムを部材Bでバックモールドすることにより、または部材Bからなる射出成形パーツを部材Aを含有するコーティング材でコーティングすることにより、全または部分射出成形複合系を製造すること。 - ステップbにおける製造プロセスが、2成分または多成分射出成形プロセスであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ステップbにおける製造プロセスが、部材Aからなるフィルムを部材Bでバックモールドすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
