Description
Claims (15)
- 内側表面を有するハウジングと、ハウジングの内側表面に隣接して置かれかつ空洞を規定する第一電極と、空洞の内側に配置された異極性の第二電極と、第一電極と第二電極の間に配置されたセパレータとを含む電気化学的要素であって、第一電極が少なくとも二つの個々のセグメントを含み、それらが第一接触表面を介して二次元的な態様で互いに隣接しており、かつハウジングの内側表面に隣接してさらなる接触表面を介して置かれており、少なくとも一つのコネクターが、セグメントを電気伝導的に接続する第一接触表面間に配置されていることを特徴とする電気化学的要素。
- ハウジングが実質的に円筒形の構成を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学的要素。
- 第一電極の少なくとも一部、任意選択的には電極全体が中空円柱形の形をとることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気化学的要素。
- 第一電極が少なくとも一つの円板形状及び少なくとも一つの環状(リング形状)の個々のセグメントを含み、前記セグメントが各場合において同一外側直径を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 第一電極が少なくとも二つの環状(リング形状)の個々のセグメントを含み、前記セグメントが各場合において同一の外側及び内側直径を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 中空円柱体の形の第一電極の少なくとも一部が一つ以上の積み重ねられた環状(リング形状)の個々のセグメントを含み、前記セグメントが各場合において同一の外側及び内側直径を持つことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 個々のセグメントが二次元的な態様で互いに隣接する接触表面が環状の個々のセグメントの外側及び内側直径によって規定されることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 第一電極の内側の空洞が実質的に円柱形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- コネクターとして金属のコネクター、特に金属箔又は金属シートのコネクターを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- コネクターとして電気伝導性の組成を持つ少なくとも一つの接触層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 少なくとも一つのコネクターが、セグメントのさらなる接触表面とハウジングの内側表面の間の接触領域内にまで及び、かつセグメントを電気伝導的にハウジングに接続することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 少なくとも一つのコネクターが環状(リング形状)構成を持ち、その外側及び内側直径が好ましくは環状(リング形状)の個々のセグメントの外側及び/又は内側直径に相当することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか、特に請求項9に記載の電気化学的要素。
- 環状コネクターが少なくとも一つの好ましくはストリップ形状の突出部を含み、それがリングの外側部分上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電気化学的要素。
- 第一電極が正極であり、第二電極が負極であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の電気化学的要素。
- 正極が二酸化マンガン電極であり、負極が亜鉛電極であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電気化学的要素。
